I called, waited to talk to someone over 45 minutes, decided to call from the other phone, they answered in less than a minute. All of this was to get a package delivered that they had never attempted to deliver and was being held for pickup for no apparent reason. You tell me what kind of customer service they provide. Ridiculous!!! I believe this may be the rudest most disrespectful post office I have ever talked with. While I was on hold on 2 different occasions they mistake me for labor relations, the first person was a man he said hello Mr. Perry speaking, I said yes I mailed a package and I may need it redelivered, please hold. The next lady wrote down my tracking number and the recipients name and please hold. The next lady said Im sorry Mr. Perry isnt available, I said so are they going to be able to redeliver the package, she said oh I thought you were with labor relations, I said no, back on hold. Well the next lady says you were talking with Mr. Perry I said yes he answered but some other lady just stated he wasnt available to talk to labor relations, she said oh please hold. Then another lady says are you with labor relations, I said no, back on hold. The last person I talked with lied twice in a matter of ten minutes, first she said the package wasnt in house, when I told her I had tracked it she said please hold, she came back after 20 minutes and said your package arrived here after the trucks had left this morning it will be delivered tomorrow or Monday. I said so it is there in house she flipped out, and said how can I get you to better understand what Im trying to tell you, I said well Im trying to understand but at first you stated it wasnt in house then after I told you I had tracked, you stated the package it was in house, she said no the package is not in house its on a truck but may not get delivered today. So I never figured out if the package was there or on a truck, or arrived after the trucks had left this morning, when I track the package it says it arrived at 10:15 and is available for pick up. But you never know what to believe when you cant get the simple truth out of a government worker. My local postal workers here in Ky are the kindest, most helpful, sweetest people youll ever meet, they are always willing to help. Maybe the 5-6 people I talked to here in TX were just having a bad day, idk lord please bless them.

They have lost my mails and packages since I have moved into my new home in January 2015. Now the multiple mailboxes stand on our street is broken due to door jam that the USPS carrier cannot use. I have contacted the office on Old Galveston road about 3 weeks ago and on the weekly basis stating they are not sure when the "Vendor" will be able to fix the door. All I get is excuses and it is very frustrating that I have to take time off from work to drive to pick up the mail at the local post office. I have never experienced such poor customer services, lost mails and packages, and not taken action of any situation. They just dont care. I wish I can send a complaint to the USPS and have someone higher up look at their staff and their poor judgments. If we could get all this handle on the 1st point of contact, then there will be no frustrations.

Ive been driving from Lake Jackson to Houston for 3 days trying to get a certified letter. No one came to the door but they said they did then I was told my letter was at the station, when I arrived they told me it must be on the truck. I go back to the apartment and wait all day, when the postman arrives he tells me, he doesnt have it so I call back. I was then told it must be on a different truck. Why would it be on a truck not coming to the apartment? I have to go back today and hopefully Ill get my letter which contains my daughters prescription. She ran out last night so I hope this is my last attempt to get the letter. Not happy at all

This place is a hot mess. The staff is a joke. I called to reschedule a delivery HA waste of my time. The women who assisted me was no help. She had an rude attitude and even after i asked her the same question she just reinterated the same bs answer that made no sense. She was trying at all cost to avoid tracking the package. The mail lady in my area is awesome but the staff in the post office give them a bad name. Such a shame i remeber growing up and the mail service was better. They should put people who care about their jobs.

I actually had a great experience with them. I did not know which location was actually mine. Denise asked for my address informed me I called the correct place. And help me locate my package even though my package said Delivered. She from the being had a great friendly attitude. Put me on hold to get the answers I needed and even gave me a call back. Regarding my package. Though it was not delivered she help me get to the bottom of it. I sincerely appreciate the help!

They never answer the phone. They dont ever know their official store hours. Tell you one thing, you show up and its closed. I called about a package I tracked that said was non deliverable; they said they were going to give me a call back when they check to see if they still have it. Never got a call back so my package ended up getting returned back to sender. This post office is a bunch of trash, google please create the option of rating these coons a negative star.

I wish I can give them zero stars. I put in an order for a mailbox key on AUGUST 20,2016 and here it is OCTOBER 24,2016 and still no key. I put for my mail to be on hold and its mysteriously not there. I cant even get refunded for the key. I JUST WANT MY MAILBOX KEY. This is so utterly ridiculous. Then they keep saying Im not the only one waiting for a key. WHY SHOULD ANYBODY STILL BE WAITING FOR A KEY 3 MONTHS LATER ?!

This place is a total disappointment, Ive had lost packages, packages marked as delivered but havent, packages marked as "undeliverable as addressed but they come on printed eBay labels. I can not believe how bad this place is. And dont even try calling it is always busy. I wish I knew where to report this unacceptable customer service. Forget the supervisor.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our postal delivery people are very fun. We miss them when they dont stop by though. We understand running behind schedule, but we are open until 7:00. Its frustrating to get skipped when we have mail that needs to go out and are waiting for mail that is crucial to our business.

I have been using this post office for 2.5 years. They are understaffed and the place needs maintenance. However, the staff do try to help and they are friendly if you are nice to them. My mail is consistently in my box and when I need something they are happy to help at the will call door or at the service counter.
