They deliver a package to my house and sinces its big the they couldnt fit on the mail and most of the time they leave a pink piece of paper so you can go pick it up from the post offices. This time they didnt they throw it over the fence the lady saw my dogs standing on the gate waiting for her to drop the package went she let go the package my dogs start bitting off the box until they got it out n rip all my paper work from college for my classes.. went I went to talk to the manager she start been rude and she didnt believe us what her worker did we shower the video and they still didnt admit it.. we have to buy everything again.. services here in Huffman its bad and most of the time they are really rude

Huffman I am so disappoint in you. You deliver mail to wrong addresses, you dont attempt to deliver a registered letter. Have been trying to get a change of address corrected since Feb. Have come to post office at least 6 times to handle this. This past month my postcard for my taxes was returned because you people sent it back. So I have lost my honestead exemption and my over 65. I have to start this process all over again. Thank you Huffman as usual you doing a jam up job. Plus you wont answer your phone so chunk it in Lake Houston. Just saying

I live in apartments and was expecting a package because of the negligence of these workers my package was stolen, when they closed the box mine wasnt closed all the way and because of that someone stole my package when I came to the post office to try and get this sorted out the lady I spoke to treated me like I was an idiot and did nothing to help me, acted like it wasnt her problem when mail theft is a federal offense and shes there acting like its not big deal and theres nothing she can do,

Used to be fair service, but now roughly 50% of my packages that are handled by USPS either get "lost" or delivered to a different house. Our neighborhood has it so bad with USPS, we have a thread on facebook dedicated to reporting the missing or mis-delivered packages in an effort to actually get them to the right house. UPS and FexEx have no such trouble here, it is solely USPS that routinely fails to deliver.

If I have to keep redelivering mail that was wrongly placed in my box, I am going to start making them pay me! I even taped a sign to the front of my box saying THIS IS NOT (recurring address that i keep getting)! THIS BOX BELONGS TO (my address). And I am STILL getting the other persons mail. Makes me wonder who gets MY mail! I gave 2 stars because I like the people working the desk.

I dont even want to give them a one!!! I live in trailer park nearby.The last four months been getting other peoples mail. Also other people getting mine and husbands. Is it too much to ask to PUT MY MAIL IN MY BOX AND NOT THE NEIGHBORS AROUND ME...???SMH OH AND DONT CALL THIS LOCATION CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. I went in to complain and dont do No Good!!.

I do not understand why I cant be my mail delivered to my address and not my neighbor. I complained a few weeks ago and still havent gotten my package and another one said delivered today and I dont have it; What has happened to this post office?

Horrible customer service! Ive been in Huffman for 20 years and never been treated this way as I was today by a lady named Ida she was the only one working behind the counter she is a very rude person. Needs customer service training!

OMG! my feelings was right that this USPS is a nightmare especially LIZA her attitude was outburst even the dog cant dare you! If theres a person who act weird just giving you attitude without any reason thats her I swear!
