I waited around the house for a package to be delivered, around 10-11am received a message saying delivery attempted, I walked in the house to see what was going on, and a few minutes after the mail vehicle went by stopped by the mailbox and drove on. Did not pull in my drive. I called the post office and told the lady that answered what had happened and gave her my tracking number, I was put on hold. after a few minutes another woman got on the phone with me and told me the carrier didnt lieve the package because my dogs were barking and bumping the vehicle. I explained that my yard is fenced completely, the gate is locked, and my dogs are in the house. (chihuahuas) The lady told me that if my dogs are bumping the vehicle and barking that she will never have them deliver to me again. Im not one to complain or do this for sure, but there was no reason to be rude, accused me of lying, or what some may consider threatening. I do not feel I had done or said anything to be treated this way.

Postal carrier folds, crumples, tears my mail DAILY!!! She creased my daughters birth certificate, pictures, and legal documents..all clearly marked "do not fold" or "fragile". She doesnt close my mail box half the time. When Ive called to complain about it I wait on hold for 10 plus minutes then I get "disconnected". They also have suddenly started sending my mail to other people in the community with my same last name for no reason! (Luckily most of them are family). I had to complain about that for two MONTHS before they stopped forwarding my mail, then they started sending me their mail....thats still not completely resolved. Lastly, I dont know what theyre doing with the mail but it should not take 3 or more weeks for delivery IN THE SAME ZIP CODE! (Ive had this happen on multiple occasions) Absolutely disgraceful they way they treat mail and their customers!!!

I sent two packages insured with tracking numbers to recipients in Crosby, Tex. My post office put the same address on both boxes. One was delivered and the other was not delivered. It was time sensitive so when I found out one package was never received, the post office that shipped for me said it was in the post office at Crosby. Bless Sandis heart, it took a lot of time and effort, but she went all the way. It was found and had been sitting for two weeks and would probably have been lost. I was going to have to redo the contents which was more valuable than the insurance I bought. In a time that people dont care about other peoples problems, I feel wonderful that there is a lady in Crosby, Texas that made the effort. I am happy to email this review.

Lose my mail waaay too often! I also get my neighbors mail waaay too often! They constantly bend expensive magazines and scrape them along the inside of the mailbox, even though I politely asked them several times to put the magazines on top of my other mail or at least turn the magazines face up. We ended up buying a larger, nicer mailbox to try and minimize the damage because the mail carriers keep ignoring my verbal and written requests. Also, make sure you leave work plenty early to get there before 4:20pm...because they will lock the doors and just ignore you standing outside while finishing up with other customers.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I HAVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH MY MAIL NOT BEING DELIVERED SINCE MOVING TO CROSBY THAN I HAVE EVER HAD. THESE MAIL CARRIERS ARE LAZY AND APPARENTLY WONT DELIVER THE MAIL IF THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK OR BACK UP. I AM TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO FILE A FORMAL DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM BUT SO FAR HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DO SO.

They deliver your mail in other people mail boxes and it gets returned . They cant even read an address right... They never answer the phones. Its stupid.

ive never had any problems with usps until i moved to crosby. they are beyond so frustrating to deal with.
