Since January our mail has been put in somebodys elses mail box at least 3 times. In January and April we did not receive some bills which caused them to be late with late fees added. Today Im looking for 2 bills of which one is late today and the other in 2 days. They are not in the mail box but my neighbors mail is in my mail box. I can understand once in a blue moon a mistake happens but 3 times in the last 4 months is not acceptable. But of course the post office is not responsible for lost mail. It wouldnt be lost if the postal worker would put it in the right mail box. If you receive somebody elses mail all you have to do is write wrong address and put it back in the box as outgoing mail. I simply walked next door today and put the neighbors mail in their box.

My husband does all of our business with the local postal service and he raves about how pleasant, personal and extremely competent his personal experience has been while here in Longview TX. Our neighborhood carrier is consistent and proficient; he is also courteous, which hasnt always been the case and weve both traveled/lived around the country. Thank goodness we were led to purchase our retirement home here. The ladies at the customer service/assistance counter are cheery and very friendly. The absolute best!

This post office is full of thieves! Mailed box in person on 31 Dec 2016 with a tracking number and still havent received yet in Virginia. Go to a Dallas. Shut them down....please. Do not trust them with your mail of any kind. Cant get a domestic, ground service box in less than a month but yet I receive an order from Korea. Seriously? Christmas gifts all gone.... Really mistook the friendly service.

My sister and I hadnt been receiving our mail, and have even gotten emailed and phoned notices about items being returned as undeliverable. We called to find out why, only to be told that our deliverer was "under the impression we had moved." Im not.. sure how or why, as our place remains the same as ever. Just.. blah, irritating.

They are the worst. You give directions and they cant follow them. Ive witnessed our mail carrier throwing a package on our porch and his excuse was everyone does it. Just lazy and incompetent. I try my best to send everything fedex or UPS even if it means paying more to avoid dealing with the postal service. Just sad!

The gals who work the counter are great. NO ONE answers the phone. One of the carriers on my route is so lazy Ive watched her put the brown "we missed you" slip into the mailbox without attempting delivery, many times. Thank goodness the other carriers on my route are great, hard working folks.

The positive reviews must have been written by post office personnel, because its a well known fact in Longview and East Texas that this post office sucks. The employees here feel entitled to verbally abuse customers. Vicki and Sandy are the worst ones who do this.

I know why the post office is going broke. These are the laziest most worthless employees ever to have a job. I cant believe we, the taxpayers, support this awful service. Dont trust anything they tell you...EVER!!

Nice to see an office open on Saturday. Others are not normally interested in business, or making money, if you are a minute late to door closing. This is a wonderful, friendly postal office.
