HORRIBLE!! 1 star is actually too high for this USPS office! I had a mail hold on our mail for 9-7-16 to 9-14-16. I have a confirmation page that I saved on my email account with a valid USPS confirmation number on it. I requested that the accumulated mail be delivered on Wednesday, 9-14-16. It is nearly midnight, almost Saturday, 9-17-16, and I STILL HAVE NO DELIVERED MAIL!! I called on Thursday, 9-15-16, and the person who answered the phone at the Baytown USPS office told me my mail was still there and would be delivered on Friday, 9-16-16. Between 12:30pm and 1:00pm on Friday, we still had not received any mail and I called again and was told that our mail was STILL AT THIS USPS OFFICE IN BAYTOWN!! I was told it would be delivered on Saturday, 9-17-16. I stopped by this post office on Friday, 9-16-16, when I was out running errands to just pick it up myself and they had NO idea where my mail was, they said it was no longer there!! UNBELIEVABLE!! SO now I have to go up to the Baytown Post Office again on Saturday, 9-17-16, to once again try to find out where the hell our mail is at, because it hasnt been delivered to our house!! INCOMPETENCE AND IDIOCY REIGN AT THIS OFFICE!!

These reviews are terrible. But in my opinion, VERY warranted. I have lived in my house for 4 months... twice now Ive had packages opened and the items inside stolen. As of this past weekend, Ive had two packaged delivered to another house, whos address is nothing like mine, house number, street name, homeowners name are all different. Luckily, that homeowner is honest and has brought me both of my packages. Its a damn shame that we cant even use Fedex or UPS because they end up using USPS to deliver their packages anyway. And calling to inform the post office of the problem is a waste of time because 1. the line is busy 2. they dont answer or 3. you talk to someone that is clearly only there to get a paycheck.

Apparently the delivery person. On my route cant read!!! Twice now has shoved oversized envelopes that do have a red stickers stating DO NOT BEND!!!!! To lazy I guess to take it into the office like there supposed to do for Everything to big for the mail box so to you the mail person that delivers at watermark apartments in Baytown Texas No one forced you to take this job agreeing to do what your supposed to. If your not happy and cutting corners because of it is wrong and I dont appreciate your incompetent ways effecting the condition I am receiving my mail. Please resign so someone willing to do the job correctly can have the job! Thanks Not a happy customer at all!

Phones never work and when they answer they are rude to high heaven. They always send my mail back today ended saying undeliverable. Which is annoying. It took me to call in and complain several times before I even got my mail. Today is November 17th,2015 and its now 5:15 and no mail man. And low and behold the post office number is busy. This is outrageous. Never had such bad service from a mail man. Cant yell at them bc you wont get your mail. Like come on Texas. Get your act together. And on top of it I live in and apartment and the office closes at 6pm. So that means no packages.

I am also having problems receiving my mail, have notified the Post Office and they told me they would call me back and never did. There was a person living here and has moved and changed their address, I told the post master I was afraid that my mail is being sent to the address that this person changed to. They were gonna look into it and call me back, however no return call. Now it is happening again. Also now I am having the same problem with not being able to contact them by phone:( Did they shut the phones off? All I get is busy busy busy, Not a very good way to run a business.

Everytime I have called up there, or my family. There is this lady who answers the phone. She is so F**KING rude, she always has an attitude. No matter what. I tracked my package and it said it wad out for deliever 5 days ago. So I called and in the middle of the conversation she tells me to "Im going to put you on hold i really dont have time for any of this, just tell my what your package status says thats all I really want." She does this everytime. I really rather they put her some where else that doesnt involve her interacting with people.

Same problems here...I sent a package that they scanned as "Delivered" but the customer claims they never received the package. Called them up and they say once the tracking information is done being scanned there is nothing they can do. Terrible at knowing what is going on in their own community, especially after reading other reviews my only opinion is they need to take a bulldozer to this Post Office and start over. In the long run we will probably receive negative feedback from the customer, so lose/lose situation...

Waiting on a package from ups to be delivered that was sent to my local post office that has yet to be delivered stating they were unable to deliver the postman comes to my house because I see him but he had no package asking about my package he act as if he doesnt know what Im talking about but still Im tracking my package that say they tried to deliver wth is going on if I didnt have to give a rating I wouldnt THE POST OFFICE SUCKS my package shouldve never gone to the post office in the 1st place.

a package was supposed to be mail and when it was updated as delivered it was not there. Next morning I go to tge post office and turns out the mail Lady that "delivered" it scanned it as delivered and then put it as business closed so she lost my freaking package!!!! They said they would call her and would give me a call they close at 12pm today i was there at 9am its not 11:41 and no call back!! Im hoping they will return my money for my lost package i am extremely upset with this!!

Horrible, its been twice now I get a notification saying my package has been "delivered" and left on my front porch and when I check, NOTHING! I live in an apartment complex, I think theyre to lazy to come to my door to drop off my package on Sundays so they wait till the next day to drop it off at the front office. Which is fine but dont go and scan it saying its on my front porch and when I check theres nothing. Definitely when Im expecting it that day to arrive and its not here.

On 3 occasions over the last couple week when I was expecting to receive the packages I did track them over the USPS site. On all 3 occasions the tracking showed that packages were delivered but they were not. So or postman put them in the wrong location or did not delivered at all. Did not have the same problems with UPS service. Observed this problem previously on rare occasions. After hurricane it seems like a norm. Better training is needed for post office workers.
