we used to get mail between 8am and 845am then they changed from a female delivery person to a male delivery person, this is when we would get mail at various times instead of with in a certain dally time schedule, then some days they would actually skip our street all together, today is included in being skipped, i did call the post office today to ask why our mail has not been delivered and the lady said that somebody else is having to do 2 routes today because the person that was to do our route did not show up for work today, they keep wanting to raise the postal rates and the employees get a raise however i dont see them earning that raise,seems the more we give them, the worse the service is, i think the postal supervisor needs to look into the route schedule and make sure the employees show up to deliver our mail,. i got a bad feeling we are skipped today, the recent postman had been delivering between 10am and 1030am now its going on 1pm, you guys should deliver our mail,

Im giving this place 1 star! Because today I seen The post Master be so rude to one of the employees in front of my face and many others faces! The way she talked to her was ridiculous!!!!!! It made me mad and I seriously wanted to say something to this lady! First off when I walked in she didnt say hello she looked up and down at me like who are you to act like that and have that kind of attitude towards people?!!!!Ridiculous! To the sweet lady that she was yelling at I seen you sweetie working hard and doing what u were told to do! You keep working honey it will pay off! You took your time counting whatever it was you were counting and I seen it myself:) now to the postmaster SHAME ON YOU for being so darn rude to that employee especially in front of customers. There was no need to be nasty towards that sweet lady! I will be calling to make a complaint with the post master and with USPS company.

Its ridiculous the amount of times, Ive had to call up to the post office because of a package I havent received that said it was "delivered". Yesterday but the icing on the cake. My package said it was "out for delivery" well I get home and I have all my regular mail; no package. This morning I checked and my package is still "out for delivery". I shouldnt have to call every time Im supposed to have a package delivered to me. I give it to the person that always solves the problem, but their shouldnt be this many problems to begin with. Not to mention were constantly getting someone elses mail, and other residents drop off our mail that they received. I know everyone has to go through the learning process, but this has been going on for over a year now.

Our package was last checked in a week ago here and hasnt been seen since. Called and asked if it was there and ladies response was "What do you want me to do about it". Absolutely unhelpful and extremely rude. Not sure how you can work at the post office and not know what to do with mail...

If staff members could stop goofing off with their friends and do their jobs, they might actually be able to get something done for once. We had to sit for 15 minutes because one of the people working at the shipping table decided gossip was more important than taking care of customers.

The mail person is constantly losing our mail. At one point I was going up their to see post master every week for 2 months straight, no joke. I wish I could use ups or fed ex all the time. Terrible, terrible terrible

I have had mail from hwy 3, way away from my area. Even got somebody mail from the IRS, that lives in Freeport Texas. And yes some of the inside workers are rude. I really dont know why I rated them at #02101349.

Used vacation hold 3 times. Came back everytime to mail on porch, Postmistress blames it on part time employees. If it were a private company, they would be out of business.
