I was recently at this post office and had a question about passports and a letter to mail. I got in line for the passports but didnt realize that the passport line and the mail line do not open at the same time. After standing for about 15 minutes my leg was hurting terribly. ( I had a knee replacement 6 months ago). I was leaning on the counter with my weight off my leg. The attendant yelled at me to get back even though there was no one in the other line. I said my leg is hurting real bad. She came out the door and slammed a stool down and yelled at me again. She was very rude to me in front of everyone. This is not the first time Ive had rude service. Some of the attendants are nice but this one in particular acts like she hates people. She should be moved to a different position.

I need to get a passport, so I called this particular post office to see if I needed to set up an appointment I was told " no we accept walk ins at anytime" so I went to today at 4:40 and a rude lady behind the counter asked if I was there for a passport and I said yes and she said we dont do passports as 4pm, when they actually close at 5. Im upset because I was told other wise when I called and then I was rudly informed I cant get my passport setup.

I came to get my passport on the weekend, arrived promptly at 9:05 and there was already a long line. It took about an hour but the whole process was easy when it was my turn and the staff helped me with a few tiny things. If you come prepared with all of your documentation in order you will be fine, but I would expect to wait for a while (especially on Saturdays). BTW they do take passport photos here as well.

Ive been to this post office many times and have never had a good experience. If you just want to drop off a prepaid package they will force you to wait in line. Kinda defeats the point of printing the label at home. I write allot of reviews and you really have to give poor customer service over a prolonged period of time to get me to give you a poor rating.I sincerely hope they come under better management.

Mail times are totally inconsistant if it comes at all. Put mail out early in the morning, and when 4:50 came around i called to see why it didnt get picked up today, and i was told the mail man had already left for the day we were skipped without resolve.

Yesterday, our mail wasnt delivered until 5:30 pm. Some days I dont think we get mail at all. We never have the same letter carrier. Makes our neighborhood feel like we dont matter. I would assume the problem is they dont have enough staff.

Im sure timing is everything, went into post office @ 2 pm on a weds. and 20 mins later the crew had processed 3 passports for my family ... the clerks we worked with were friendly and very helpful .... thanks for a great experience.

Horrible!! Cant get my mail on a normal basis cause the mail carriers are lazy and the African American supervisor is in the closet and rude and dont care about any complaints!! Im reporting them to the corporate office asap!!

The reason it only gets three stars us because To Me they need more tellers when it gets busy and a few of the staff arent up in all the proper procedures of sending packages overseas. Just My Own personal opinion.

Pretty average post office. If you are just dropping off a package it is a pretty good location because of how the lines are set up. I hear doing much else takes longer.

Waited patiently for 3 hours to get my passport and when It was finally my turn I was treated so rudely I about cried. I will NEVER go there again.

Dont go there bad service. These is a bad white old lady abused me. I called on her the main office and they will remove her soon form that branch.
