Whoever the male is that started recently working here has the worst attitude. I come in everyday dropping packages off for my online shop. The ladies that work there are great. He on the other hand freaks out every time I drop off packages. I buy my shipping labels online, print at home, and drop off at the post office. He is so nasty like its too much work to process my packages. Today he made a big scene in front of a bunch of customers when I dropped a package off. I did the exact same thing I do every day when I leave it on the side and say "already paid for just dropping off thanks!" Apparently that was an issue today, he continued to yell at me from behind the counter and it didnt even make sense or become clear what the problem was. I can see if maybe customers in life to BUY postage may have been upset that I come right in and drop off but Ive never had anyone have to wait in line that already purchased their stuff. This has never been an issue. I walked back out and now a new mail lady (who is very sweet she) comes chasing after me asking me why I had a 1 day shipping label.... Ive literally never had a problem even with one day shipping. Ill be in there again tomorrow to ask them not in front of 10 customers what the problem was. But this single male employee has always had a tude. I guess beware if you are an online seller like me and drop off large number of boxes 30 min before the close the the public.

The Kemah Post Office has a great bunch of employees. They are friendly and take care of business. If you ever have any problems let Shirley (the Postmistress) know and she will get it taken care of. It is too bad the people at the Bacliff Post Office are such butt heads.

Jill is the BEST! I will only go to the Kemah Post Office....i send mail and pkgs to other states and they arrive earlier than the expected day....I blame Jill! Everyone there is amazing and helpful and super friendly....

I also had a great experience getting passports here. The clerk gave us her office phone number and encouraged us to call if we had any further questions about the passport process.

My family applied for passports, the clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. The process was quick and fun. We got the new passports within 2 weeks, without expedited processing.

Even though this post office is small it is rarely crowded. The postal clerks are friendly and efficient.
