the worst customer service ever... she cut me off several times while I was explaining about my issues. I have made several complaints about not getting my mail. I have to chase down my mail I live on **1/2 st and my mail goes to someone else house with the same address only different is im on 1/2 st so I get there mail and they get mine. My granddaughter was born 7 months ago we have applied three times for her SS card and still have not received it. Im sure it has done gotten into the wrong hands. but here is nothing they can do but talk with the post person. Well tell me which one are you going to talk too b/c I have seen a new person every damn day. I will now have to pay for a privet post box to insure I get my mail this is BULL SH**

Why have a phone number if you dont answer the phone!! I frequently get other peoples mail. Today I received someones medicine and the address is clearly not mine....who sorts this mail. Both my parents worked for the postal service so I have always had pride in USPS...but not any more ....Texas City does not seem to care; no one to answer a phone or care about someone getting their medicine let alone their bills. DONT USE USPS in Texas City!!!! Another example of poor federal govt jobs!

I am waiting on a package from USPS. On the website it says it was in 2 different places at one time, How is this? Yet I have NOT received the package as of today 8/5/2017, It says on the delivery options that on 8/4/17 the package was in Dayton at2:29PM at 8:32AM it was in Texas City, ( where I live and supposed to be delivered at). What happened? Please let me know. The USPS has always been excellent at delivering packages at this address. Thank you

this post office was damage by ike. after one month it dont have internet. what a shame. month after ike it dont have a stamps...believe it or not.. no stamps. its a shame for usps. people in texas city have a very hard time. cash express (check cashing place) has plenty stamps and no stamps in this post office...whT a shame......

I always get quick and courteous service any time I have to come in. Sometimes theres a line, but when is there not at a post office? They work through each customer as thoroughly, politely, and efficiently as possible. When I reach the counter I am usually done with my entire transaction in a couple minutes.

Filled out a change of address on June 6. As of today, July 10th, they are still returning mail from my old address to the sender. Dont try calling them either, nobody answers the phone. The Post Master doesnt care, she has a horrible attitude.

This has been the 2nd time they "LOST" or "Damaged my orders! The 1st time they lost one thing and Damaged the other... and they were in the same box! It never happens through the La Marque Post Office. but Always through Texas City.

No APC and no bins for dropping packages. (Actually there appear to be two but the doors are locked shut -- WTF?) If you cant get there during business hours to mail a package youre screwed. Lots and lots of PO boxes, though.

I seem to have problems every time I have my mail held while Im gone on vacation. It shouldnt be an issue when you have turned in the yellow card for that purpose.
