I moved to Waconia about three months ago.. Everyday I receive other peoples mail. I try to send mail but the mail man will not take it out of my mailbox? This morning they were suppose to pick a package up from my house but instead they left that package, delivered my mail (and mail to the wrong address) and even left the form they were suppose to fill out and keep in regards to picking up my package. Ridiculous, laziest mail service I have ever received.

While Waconia is a small town, this Post Office handled the Christmas last minute shipping days much BETTER than a big town. The Postal Clerks stated they would stay open until the last person in line was served. (This said 10 min before closing with over 15 people still in line.) Really appreciate them!

Waconia has a Target and a population of over 10,000 people, but the post office hours operates like that of a very small farming town post office. They dont even have holiday hours. Its quite ridiculous. Ill make trips to other post offices thank you.

The WORST post office ever. They leave our mailbox open all the time and our mail all over the ground. We have called several times to complain and nothing changes.

I use this Post Office a lot and have never had an issue. Very friendly helpful staff. Can get busy, but they do a good job of handling it.

They keyed my mail box and lost my key and say I have to pay to have it re keyed....they lost it not me
