Oh my, where do I begin with this "post office?!" I put quotation marks around it... why you may ask...Well let me explain. First off let me begin by saying that I am sure that there are hard working people who are employed at this "post office," Its just that I have yet to come into contact with them. Ive lived on this side of town since March, not exaggerating, my mail has been given to at least 3 different neighbors on several different occasions. I feel like I should really be paying them for their services. I also have received not only my neighbors mail, but also peoples mail who dont even live on my street. One day I decided to actually go to this "post office," since no one answers the phone of course, to merely make them aware that my packages are being delivered to the wrong addresses and some of them not at all. Well the joke was on me!! I spoke with this robust caucasian older women with a mushroom cut and glasses, who approached me with the attitude that I was not only bothering her with my lost items, but she actually defended the delivery person who possibly might be blind or dyslexic. (Im not judging, just trying to make sense of this senseless situation and possibly get treatment for this mail carrier.) As I continued to question her about my missing packages, she actually tells me to just get a refund from the company that sent it...classic customer service right!!! At that point I came to the realization that insolence and carelessness are like gangrene spreading throughout this place, so I gave in and left empty handed and dejected. I cant imagine making this many mistakes on my job and still be employed. Im tempted to suggest to them to bring back carrier pigeons, as I feel that they would be more accurate in delivering my mail. I know that writing this is a waste of time, but deep down in my soul I hope that the powers that be will read this and make an attempt to correct this atrocity that is being committed to my neighbors and I. Because Im frustrated and sadly still required to continue paying them regardless of their precision.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST HORRIBLE POST OFFICE IVE EVER I MEAN EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH! THEY LITERALLY SENT MY REFUND CHECK BACK TO THE SENDER YET IM GETTING ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL MY OTHER MAIL! I CALLED AND ASKED THEM WHY, THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW, LIKE WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY WOULD YOU SENT IT BACK IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO UPSET IVE LITERALLY BEEN WAITING 5 WHOLEEEE MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! R U KIDDING ME BRUH. AT THAT I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME IM STILL CHECKING MY MAILBOX TO SEE IF IT CAME, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3-4 WEEKS FOR MY MONEY, THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS, LITERALLY NEED TO CONTACT CORPORATE AND FILE A COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHILE ON THE PHONE I WANTED MY MAIL ON HOLD, THE MAN TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DO IT. ME THINKING THERE WAS MAIL UP THERE THEY NEVER DID IT LIKE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?! THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME I HAD TO FILL SOMETHING OUT AND ON TOP OF THAT I JUST CALLED TO SEE IF I HAD MAIL 2 DAYS AGO, THEY SAID YES A COUPLE LETTERS AND I CALLED TODAY THEY TALKIN BOUT I DONT GOT ANY MAIL. No stars. Never answer phone. Extremely rude letter carrier. He actually did return a call (that I had to direct to the USPSs general line since NO ONE can get ahold of this specific office) about my "undeliverable as addressed" mail. He left a haughty message claiming that "first of all, your package was not undeliverable as addressed" (well, it seems the letter carrier is illiterate as well seeing as how thats EXACTLY what my tracking statement says) and "if youd have come down here to the office you wouldve found that out." So, every time I get "undeliverable as addressed... Package will be returned to sender" Im supposed to somehow know to come down and deal with his crotchety self? Terrible service. Get it together. That being said, Ive had pleasant experiences with the counter agents and they ask me how my mom is doing. The one star is for them.

HANDICAPPED PERSON COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR. THE HANDICAPP BUTTON NOT WORKING< AGAIN. FRONT DOORS NEVER WORK. Been like this for 20 years. Handicapped people have to struggle to get inside, and back out. DON"T THEY EVER READ REVIEWS, or JUST DON"T CARE? They just dont care. I worked for the post office and quit because of the poor attitudes. If you try to help customers on a break, the other workers get mad at you-seriously. Sickening work environment and I feel sorry for the ones that actually care. Its hard to quit a job that pays so much for zero skills, but they do loose some-usually the good ones. 20 People in line- only one clerk at the window. No concern, no sense of urgency. Spent 10 min filling out a form to submit to the complaint dept., then got message " please try later" TYPICAL

Oh let me list the way of how i hate this so called "post office" 1.) Everytime i order something the "carrier" never comes to my door but rather places the "sorry we missed you" slip in my mail box. 2.) My mail. Including bank card always seems to get lost. 3.) My mail has now started being sent back ( of which Ive never changed the address for) via said post office for not only my bills but my school shipments as well. (I dont even receive "junk" mail anymore" 4.) Apparently despite the fact that when you go in to said post for a change of address form that they never have you now get charged a $1.00 service to ensure that that the bills are delivered to your current address ( unless like in my case you dont receive them anyway)

I HATE, and I mean HATE! going to this post office.. 1 person behind the counter and long wait times. Today I dealt with one of the most RUDEST people working there. The label I had on my package was not working on his scanner and he told me "Get more ink for your printer!" and he ended up putting the label in by hand, He acted like everything he had to do was SUCH a hard job and such an inconvenience for him. SO RUDE! Now I know why they are costing tax payers millions! Because no one wants to deal with rude people like this to mail a package and they go else where.

This office has been the most unprofessional one Ive ever had to deal with! They do not ever answer the phone, the manager is always "missing", I get mail shoved into my little mail box and most of it belongs to people who dont even live in my neighborhood! They lie about picking up boxes when Ive scheduled a package pickup. The box(es) will still be sitting on my porch and they werent even for our house! Im so disgusted with this & wish that headquarters would overhaul management at this location! Nothing ever changes for the better with them.

Horrible customer service!! I had to rush there after work to make in by 5pm before it closed. Was told by one worker that my package was there and all i had to do was pick it up when i got there at 4:52pm there was a huge line and they were all standing there with a horrible attitude- i went to ask for my package and was told they couldnt find it now?! i left my number and no call back on the package- tried calling and OBVIOUSLY they do not know how to answer the phone?! LIKE SERIOUSLY?!
