One hour with the clerk, I had everything ready 2 packages to mail oversees. The computer system seems to mystify clerk, can you say incompetent ! Second time I went to this PO. I had to do registered mail, I used preprinted mailing labels, so postage and customs forms were already attached. The Clerk hands me the Registered mail special tape and the sponge and says go to the other clerk when you are done sealing your packages and then he goes into the back and stays gone. The other guy is new and has very little understanding of the computer system. 30 min wasted for something that should have took 2 min. My mailing can be a little difficult, however the employees should be trained. I will never go to this location again.

PLEASE fix the after hours drop off shoot. The majority of the time when I stop in afterhours to drop off a package the mechanism is jammed which is different from it being full. I know this as I once dropped off a package at 5:15 pm right after you closed and when my package dropped in the mechanism locked preventing anyone after me to drop off. I recognize this relates to a lesser number of packages for your staff to deal with, but for us customers it means we have to make a return trip later in the day or transit to another PO. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Called several times at various times June 2017, nobody answered the phone. In previous years, I seem to recall someone answering so this is a more recent problem from the reviews being left. Management should address this. I had to go into the PO to get my questions answered. Thankfully, it wasnt busy as there was only one clerk at the counter. I had a package delivered incorrectly. They said all mail comes out of the Coon Rapids PO- call them. At least they answer their phone! Coon Rapids responded and solved the problem.

I had brought mail, packages, in once or twice a month. Once one of the ladies burst out of the door in anger after seeing my packages in the drop bin. Yells stating that I should bring the packages to the front rather then in the drop bin because they would have to pick them up out of the bin. Reprimanded me like I am a child or something. Two stars because this place is always much faster if you need to see a teller.

Went in an hour after opening and theres a line out the doors. Workers are so slow. This is not the first time. Its every time I go there! This seems to be a standard operating procedure. So its a managing issue.

They cant seem to deliver mail correctly. This is the fourth time something from Amazon has not been delivered to my house. Starting to think the usps might have some individuals that like to keep packages.

Package was not delivered to house when they said it was delivered. I tried calling and no one answered. Lines are always SUPER long when I do go in so I try to avoid this place when possible.
