I moved into a new construction home in the beginning of December, 2016. Its now February 28th and theyre still not delivering my mail. I talked to multiple supervisors multiple times and went to the post office multiple times. No one helps, more problems are created and the problems themselves escalate in severity. I had a package of free samples that was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. I get the tracking information tonight and someone at USPS says I picked this package up at the post office. This never happened, so, did someone there steal my package? Throw it away? Why would I lie about not receiving free samples? I asked 3 times to get the post masters contact information and am so far unsuccessful. Why isnt this information public somewhere? Its like pulling teeth to get my mail. The worst part is I have all kinds of mail not being delivered but theyre not returning to the sender. What are they doing with it? Throwing it away? Opening it and having a good laugh? All I want is my mail and they cant do that. Ive been nothing but respectful but feel like they retaliate for daring to even complain about them.

BONUS of this Post Office is that the lobby is open 24 hours. It has an automated system and only takes credit cards. It will print out postage and tell you which bin you should put your package in. If you have certain basic needs like buying a stamp(s) or weighing a package that will give you exact postage for a packages size, weight and what zip code your package is being sent to. The parking area is very well lit at night and Ive never felt unsafe being there at 3am as a female alone. There is ample handicapped designated parking and the location is wheelchair accessible. This is a rather nice building but is organized kind of confusing. The first time you go youll have to ask the customers that are standing around about how this place works. There are never any staff out on the floor to assist so you are never sure if youre filling out the proper forms for your needs. Waiting times are wildly out of control, waiting for 30-40th minutes to be helped. They have PO Boxes but last time I checked there was a waiting list to get one, they told me it could take a year or longer until one was available.

Randy is the worst culprit who work on this place. unprofessional attitude when he dos not know completely about the mailing services which is responsible USPS to going down. These kind of people should be taken off from the USPS locations so USPS can start making profit. I do lot of mailing at the post office and went to this location first time - This person surprised me when he told that the my Mailing envelop will take 12 stamps(Regular Size Envelop). When I asked the reason he said I used a free USPS sticker(He was acting like he paid for that sticker) so need to pay extra for that. I took my envelop from him printed the postage on machine which was only $.49 and mailed it which was delivered on time without any delay or concern. Hope he will loose his Job soon if continue doing this or someone will take legal action against him. Warning - If Randy is helping - He does not know the mailing services charges, Make Sure he is charging right>>>

I have called the Coon Rapids post office a number of times with various problems over the last three years that Ive lived in Coon Rapids. The people I talk to are consistently impatient and rude. They constantly pass the buck to someone else; regional managers, federal level, etc. Its anybody elses problem but there own. I called this afternoon about a matter and I was told, word for word, "Not my problem, I cant do anything about it." The staff at the Coon Rapids post office are some of the most disrespectful and rude bunch of employees that I have dealt with at ANY establishment.

My carrier went on vacation for 3 weeks and the relief carrier continues to deliver my mail to the wrong street. I won concert tickets 2 weeks ago but they are lost in the mail. The answer that I continue to get is that they are doing their best. I want this location to start taking responsibility for their poor excuse for customer service. Packages continue to supposedly disappear there and then they tell you to call the retailer to replace it. I hope they enjoy the concert with my stolen tickets.

They cant seem to deliver my drivers license. It has been returned to the DMV numerous times since December (its now March), and now it is completely lost. Ive called many times to confirm my information and notify them of the issue, but its never resolved. Now I have to apply for a duplicate license and pay again, only to wait some more and be at their mercy again. Never used a different address so I dont know what their problem is.

The Blaine Post office was merged with the Coon Rapids Post office years ago and the service took a nose dive at that time and has never recovered . spotty service lost mail vacation holds that never happen We have had it all! Blaine having TWO zip codes and the growth weve had, it is time to get away from the disaster called the Coon Rapids Post office.

AWESOME POST OFFICE...DON ROCKS!!! And this is coming from a self admitted, very impatient person. I am also super picky about customer service. I usually dont write reviews, but felt this place deserves a way higher rating!! My experience was locating a package, and getting there on time to pick it up. Don, and co-workers went above and beyond to make sure I got my package, with no added stress!!

My packages are always delivered on time, our mail carrier is awesome. I have no problems with their delivery. Theyre helpful when I call with a question. My reason for the 4 stars is that its impossible to get through sometimes. Instead of having a system to place people on hold, its a busy signal and you have to try constantly to try and get through. Its pretty ridiculous.

had a hold on my mail. cancelled the hold on line two days ago, no delivery. Now I went to the coon rapids post office unable to locate my mail no idea where it is and if it will be delivered. blank stare from the postal worker (drugs/drunk ?) unable to contact post office line is always busy. do these places have supervisors, inspectors? its time to replace usps.

I love this place. There are always Wal-Mart type customers in line for entertainment while you wait. Ignore all the horrible posts in here, this place is awesome. The people that work there have always been pleasant to me and every other person I have seen there. For the rest of you posting one star reviews on this place, learn some grammar, you hicks ;)

Worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They dont answer their phone, and dont have a voicemail, so theres no way to get a hold of them besides going in. I have ordered multiple things and they continually deem my address undeliverable. Never had any problems with UPS or Fedex delivering here, only USPS. They wont do anything to fix it either.
