My friday delivery gone bad. i watched the mail man drive down an adjacent street to mine as i was waiting for my package to arrive and figured he would be to my house shortly but he never made it down my street and left the neighborhood without delivering anyones mail on my street. an hour later i recieve a notice a delivery was attempted and notice was left. There was no notice left or any mail delivered, the mail man or woman is a straight up liar and just didnt want to do his job. I could understand if he or she just didnt deliver the package and called it a night and i recieved a notification that my package would arrive tomorrow but i think he or she should be fired for the lies. i was home waiting watching and to say there was a delivery attempt made and note left is unacceptable. I was home and now i have to either go to the post office or go thru the process of getting it delivered again. i shouldnt have to do anything and my package should automatically be delivered the next day with a note attached from the mail man or woman saying i am sorry that i am a worthless lazy government employee taking money from hard working tax payers to do a job i dont care about. I am going to report this but i doubt it will do any good as unless a mail man or woman goes postal and murders somebody there is no repercussions for his or her actions of lying. I cant wait till trump is president and i hope he changes how government works and says you are fired to all the worthless government employees. . I cant believe i am updating this now but this is getting ridiculous. i decided to call as soon as they opened saturday morning and i asked if i could come get my package, the lady on the phone said yes so i drove down to the lakeville post office. I waited in line and since the woman who i spoke with on the phone was busy i got this shaggy bearded guy who looked like he had been out drinking all night. i asked for my package and i am told it is back out for delivery since it was getting late last night and they didnt finish the route the boss said to deliver everything today. I replied are you sure it is out for delivery i called 15 minutes ago and it was here and can you check he argues for a second saying it is not here and out for delivery but i repeated please check i drove all the way here and i never asked for a redelivery, he then walks over to a pile of packages and starts tossing the packages around like nothing in there could possibly break. After his half assed attempt to find my package and blatant attempt to destroy other packages he comes back and says its not here and the package will be at my house in a couple hours. it is now 330 and i havent seen the mail man and i was at the post office at 930 saturday morning. i would be shocked if my package arrives today but still holding out hope as my package contains a gift that i am suppose to be giving at a birthday party tonight. If it doesnt arrive today i seriously doubt i will recieve it on sunday. I will keep updating until i get my package

Worst service ever. The mail delivery person sends my mail to wrong address constantly. Lies about it. Sends my Amazon orders to the wrong address. Lies about it. Every excuse is because theres a sub working the route that day (which is every week). Two of my credit cards were put on security hold because my bills were sent to the wrong address and the mail was then returned to sender. My utilities were charged late fees because my bills were sent to the wrong address. After speaking to the post master in 2016, she pretty much laughed in my face and said there was nothing she could do because I couldnt tell her the exact date and time of when this was occuring. I told her it was every day and she blew me off. After that complaint, my mail was coming to the my house for a few months and now it started getting delievered to the wrong again. My cousin also sent me food over night, I didnt get it for two weeks because it was delievered to the wrong address. By the time I got it, the food was spoiled. Dealing with the employees at Lakevilles post office is very difficult as they take no responsibility for any of the horrible service they provide.

My Package was not delivered to my address and when I checked the tracking it said a note was left for me. I did not see any notes in the front door or mailbox. I was home this day and no one rang the bell. It seems like they never tried to deliver my package but put that note saying attempted to deliver. When I called the office they said I need to come pick it up. This package which is a size of an envelope could easily go in the mailbox or be left at the front door. They just don’t want to work and ask people to come pick their mailbox. (there is no notice on the door, mailbox or anywhere and also I was home during this time no one ring the bell nor came to my house). This is crazy!! Nothing but problems. Just last night I got an alert from Amazon that said "sorry we missed you" delivery attempted. Now I have to go down there AGAIN to pick up mail. Heres the kicker, I was home and my surveillance cameras show no one even tried coming to the door. Laziest carriers in the world. Get a new job if you dont like yours. This location has horrible hours, 9-5 is a joke. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a theme. Update: Only getting worse with our city redoing roads. My development isnt even scheduled to start for over a week but theyve already stopped delivering our mail due to "no access." Weird, maybe Im imagining that theres still roads in my neighborhood. What a joke. Now I need to drive down to the post office, which is maintaining bankers hours of course, to get my mail. I cant believe these folks.

The Lakeville post office cant even perform the basics of their job. I have on countless occasions had my neighbors mail delivered to me, and my neighbor has received my mail many times and has opened it supposedly by mistake. Mail delivery was always by noon, now its 5pm, to me thats late. And they claim attempted delivery many times when I was home all day with no actual attempt made. They have also forwarded mail that no one ever requested because the last names where identical instead of validating the entire name. I mean seriously this is there only function and they mess up the basics of the job, clearly they need to hire better people who actually pay attention to detail.
