Often ridiculously long lines. Personnel vary all over the map. They have been messing up our mail delivery for 20 years. within the past week they have delivered our mail to the wrong STREET and left a large package in the middle of the back yard, when the front porch door was open and there was lots of room inside. Leann, the supervisor has a snotty attitude and just made excuses. When she found out I was going to call her supervisor I expect she left the phone off the hook. Unfortunate that we have to rely on them for delivery.

They told me they would hold a package and lied about it just to get me off the phone...pretty weak. I would have been fine with them just giving me accurate information or saying I dont know instead of flat out lying.

Why dont you post the hours? I called on Saturday and no one answers. The phone number posted eventually goes to fax. Is it so hard to include your hours in the information section?

A simple search on the USPS site and the hours are listed: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm Sat 9:00am - 1:00pm Sun Closed. Funny, what a little patience can do, isnt it?
