The house is a rental so I get a lot of mail from previous tenants. I also get a lot of mail for other addresses in town and Im sure a bunch of my mail get delivered elsewhere as well. In the past year, I have put maybe 3 pieces of mail back in the box and marked the "returned to sender" because they looked important for a previous tenant. Now, all the junk mail that comes to my house has "or current resident" circled in blue ink. So, not only is this mail service incapable of delivering mail to the correct address, they also get pissy when asked to do their job.

I had some problems w/them when I lost my key to my mailbox & refused to open my mail box w/out an i.d. but would sell me another key to it w/out a I.d.
