I drove here 45 minutes from Fenton to be fingerprinted for a job. I work all week so I can only come on Saturdays and there arent any placed close to me. Nick was on duty and when I asked for fingerprinting, which is advertised from 10 to 2 on Saturdays, Nick tells me that he cant do it today because they were closing in an hour (an hour earlier than fingerprinting services are advertised) and he was too busy. Well Im too busy and too far to come on other days and I drove FORTY FIVE MINUTES for a procedure that takes 2 minutes! Nick was rude and dismissive and didnt even try to sympathize or consider my experience. I wont go here or to any UPS store for anything ever again.

Did not inform me that they could not complete my order, so I had to scramble to print presentation documents last-minute. Thankfully Fedex of Hwy K has their act together.
