Their so unprofessional! They just try to talk to the customers any kind of way like it was my fault the driver DELIVERED 2 HUGE HEAVY BOXES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! I was expecting a package, I had my daughter waiting on it, only for it to be delivered to my neighbor (on his driveway). Which he wasnt home (so they just left it). Keep in my this was an expensive item.. The boxes was so damaged. Contact customer service only to be lied to saying someone will come by tomorrow to pickup.. That was Friday. Today Monday an the package is still onside the road. Did I mention it was blocking their driveway,so they put it out like yesterdays trash... I HOPE THEY DONT THINK IM GONNA PAY FOR IT IF IT HAPPENS TO DISAAPEAR SMH

UPS left a package at my door and since I was expecting a package and my name was on the package I opened it. Only then did I realize the package was not for me. I brought the package in to this location and the person behind the counter refused to hear my explanation and told me I had to pay for a shipping label to ship it. Obviously, he did not believe me. I merely left the package and hopefully he was smart enough to look at the package and tracking information and came up to the same conclusion as I......the package needed to be returned to UPS.

This store is very nice. Theres a friendly man that runs the store when I drop off my packages and its very easy and cheap. I recommend this UPS store for quick and easy transactions.
