In light of these other negative reviews, I have never had any problems at this or any location in town. I take my 3 year old up to the ice cream store and the people are very courteous and show great pride in their work. In the store I do a lot of shopping and have never had any problem with service or the products they sell. We should be happy to have a small town drug store committed to the community like Hartig has been for so many years. It is sad that all we see is the negative reviews, I wish more people with good experiences would take the time to say so.

We visited Hartig Drug while passing through Dubuque on a family vacation. My sons ear drum had ruptured in the hotel the night before and the medicine the doctor prescribed needed to be refrigerated. The pharmacist set me up with a cooler so I could safely transport the antibiotic to our destination 3 hours away. It had been a long rough night and her helpfullness was truly appreciated.

First they screwed up my sons prescriptions. Numerous times. So our family of 5 moved all our stuff to Walgreens. Now my husband still went there daily for odds and ends, but today, they treated him and my son like filth. So he left his basket at the counter, and did not give them money. They will never get another penny from us. The store is just as bad as the pharmacy.

cant wait 2 change!! they mess up my script EVERY month!! Due to my insurance Im locked in (mandatory program) I never leave reviews but I just dont want someone feeling the anxiety I did dealing with this. My DR calls monthly freaking out! Im in process of being changed!

I went through the drive through today, and the pharmacist skipped me twice. I was waiting over 20 minutes, while she serviced the people in the drive through lane next to me. 9-7-16 at 530 pm. Ridiculous service.

The pharmacy here is the worst I have ever been too they are rude stupid slow and never get my sons prescription taken care of correctly third month in a row and I cant stand them

Nice store, helpful folks. Ive used this store for several things, including their handy post office. Always found everything up to par the folks helpful. Ill be going back.
