I ordered a pack of thank you cards from Amazon. After waiting a week for them to be delivered, I looked up the tracking number and it said "your package is ready to be picked up." It was supposed to be delivered to my house. I called the post office on a Monday and asked why the package hadnt been delivered. The lady I spoke with said she didnt know, but they would be delivered the next day, Tuesday. The package didnt come on Tuesday. I called again and spoke with a lady named Peggy and again asked why the package had not been delivered to my house. She said she had no idea why it wasnt delivered, but that she was putting it on my carriers route to be delivered the next day, Wednesday. The package was not delivered on Wednesday. I decided to wait and give them one more day to see if they were actually going to deliver the package. By Thursday, still no package. I call, yet again, and talked to probably the rudest person who works there. AMY. I explained the situation to Amy and told her how disgusted I was with them so she decided to go look for the package herself. After being on hold for 10 minutes, she tells me the package is nowhere to be found. So the package never got delivered to my house like it was supposed to have been and its not at the facility. I am clearly upset at this point and ask Amy what she is going to do to fix the problem to which she replies with "what would you like me to do?" Amy then hung up on me. I call back and ask to speak to the manager on duty. Amy tells me SHE is the supervisor on duty. That explains everything. I hung up on Amy. Friday, I call back and a very nice man named Kevin answers the phone. I explain the situation to him and Kevin discovers that my package is in fact at the facility and was not delivered because there is postage due on it. So it was at the post office for a week, when I was told it would be delivered 3 different times, and each time I asked about it, I got a response of "I dont know why it hasnt been delivered" or "your package isnt here." When I went to pick up the package on Friday, I wasnt even sure where to go being that it was my first (and hopefully last) time at the new building and there are NO signs ANYWHERE. When the lady went to get my package, she comes back and says she doesnt have anything there for me. I laughed at her. I was just told an hour prior that my package was there because postage was due. After I told her that, all the sudden she knew exactly where it was. So, my package was not delivered as it was supposed to be. I was given no notification whatsoever as to WHY it was not delivered. I was lied to several times. I was disrespected by the "supervisor" Amy. The old lady in the back got an attitude with me after I told her to go look again for my package. If I wouldnt have told her there was postage due on the package, it would still be sitting on the shelf. Every single person I talked to at this location, with the exception of Kevin, was rude, disrespectful, hateful, and COMPLETELY unhelpful. AMY was THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I hope to God I never have to set foot in there again.

Completely incapable of delivering mail to the correct address on a consistent basis. I call, they say theyll "let the carrier know where your mailbox is" and hang up. Obviously they know where it is if theyre putting my neighbors mail in it! Both my postal workers look like theyre 16, and are always talking on the phone and dont even look at my mail to make sure its the right address before shoving it in the box. Ive filed 6 different complaints. Purchase a cell phone jammer and place it near your mailbox so they hang up and do their job. I have to order everything through Fed Ex because I dont want it delivered to a dishonest persons mailbox and stolen. Get rid of USPS, they are a worthless service.

Ive been using that post office for about 2 years now (since summer 2014). Ive opened a PO box, got a Passport, and sent several boxes and letters over that time. I have also been there during almost all hours of the day. I really havent seen the issues a lot of people are saying during these reviews. They have been really helpful and direct with their answers. The only downfall is parking, but its understandable with it being next to a hospital and all. There are self-service kiosks if time is a big factor for you. Those are open 24-7.

Amy the "Manager" is a complete jerk. Shes rude , unprofessional and shouldnt be in the position shes in. Ive had multiple problems with packages missing, these people simply are not doing their jobs. Mis-placing mail and not being able to find it. The guy who accepts the mail , has an attitude problem as well and sometimes doesnt scan packages in the same day theyre dropped off. Causing packages to arrive late. Monica and Andy make this location pleasurable and welcoming. Other than that. They need a new crew.

Not only will you get attitude, rude comments, and a long wait... But you also get cussed at for no extra charge! This is service from hell at its finest! The lady with purple/red hair was EXTREMELY rude on more than one occasion, and when I politely suggested that I didnt appreciate her attitude, she said she "doesnt need my damn attitude" and slammed her little door in my face. Great to see my tax dollars at work, what a pleasure to visit hell on earth!

Rude customer service at counter (one lady in particular on more than one occasion). Most unhelpful post office worker I have ever dealt with. Another worker overheard me one of the times, and got me what I needed. After the service today, I got lucky and just happened to show up at my apartment at the time when the mail delivery guy was there. This guy was super nice and glad to help out. Said lady at counter could learn a lesson or two from this guy.

I understand that most post office experiences are unpleasant because of the wait and the expense of sending things, but people need to walk in the door with the expectation they are going to wait. Despite the waits, I find that the staff here is very helpful. Often times, they have one person available just for stamp purchases (with a credit card) so you arent waiting in line with people sending packages. The new facility is clean and well-maintained.

The St. Charles, MO Post Office has a ludicrously small parking lot to service a town of 60,000+ people. There are something like 12 parking spots, and morning noon and afternoon they are always full. Since it is illegal to park most areas around the building, a trip to this post office often entails several trips circling the building until a customer leaves. Im glad I do not live in this town any more to have to put up with this pain.

I sent out several items in the mail last week, multiple friends sent me photos of thier mail being deliver half ripped open with no items inside. Some items went to Florida, Ohio, etc....the only thing in common is I mailed everything out from this specific location. Therefore, someone who works he is STEALING mail which is a FELONY offense. Yes I will be contacting the police, and I will never go to this location ever again
