Its a great place to work out! The gym is always clean and equipment in working order. It is open 24/7, all week, including holidays, so it can fit to anyones busy schedule. There is a blackboard where members can write their motivation or goal met for the month, and its fun to read everyones responses. I have belonged to other gyms but this is my favorite...I would recommend it.
