Over the last 6-12 months there has been multiple concerning issues and in general poor service. I have attempted to contact the gym and corporate customer service via phone and email with questions over this time and have had no response. -No staffed hours (website contradicts this) -Numbers listed online and in the gym do not reach anyone -Email contact gets no response -No paper products in bathroom, gym, etc. -No sanitary method of cleaning (There was an old rag and a spray bottle of something for a few months) -At a maximum there were 4 trash bags in the entry way and 2 in each bathroom (this has gotten better) -Cable has not been on in a year. -Wifi goes out about once every 2 months

Every review written about this place is true. Owners were never seen or heard from, no staff worked the place and the bathrooms were in really poor shape. I always brought baby wipes to clean the equipment before use because I could never find paper towels so I wasnt sure how others cleaned the machines. Sounds like a really bad gym right? So why did I give it 3 stars? The simple answer is hope! The old owners recently sold the place (as of ~8/11/17) so hopefully the new owners will take much better care of it.

Ghost owners! Never heard/seen owners. No staff work here, the gym is disgusting. There are no paper towels/etc., to clean machines/equipment. Of the two bathrooms, one has been out of order for a while, and the other has no toilet paper, paper towels, or Kleenex. For lease sign went up in front of building 2 weeks ago, maybe they are selling it. Advise you to go to Delano instead.

So I paid for a month then was charged $400 by accident. Was never refunded after they said they would. Then they said we will give you ten months worth of gym time, but my card stopped working after about 4 months. So, really dissapointed in this gym. Then they kept calling and leaving a message "hey when are you coming back"...... No. Be careful with this gym. ((God is Love))

This is the most exclusive fitness club ever. Ive been trying for the last month to get ahold of someone to join up. Ive called and the number isnt even working. Ive called the number for an employee on the door.. nothing. Ive sent multiple emails. No one is ever there. What a joke how the heck do you guys even make any money?

This club has poor customer service. I have been calling/emailing for the last two weeks trying to get a meeting with someone to sign up since they are the closest gym to my new home. I leave messages and nobody ever returns my calls. Unfortunately for them, I will be signing up elsewhere.

No staff. Nobody cleans. Its a gym. Think about it. No toilet paper, towels, clean material. Regular members buy supplies and store this location. NO GOOD. Owners need to sell it to somebody else.

This place sucks. Unable to get a hold of the owners or anybody that works there. Have been trying to cancel membership for months. Do not sign up here. Go to Delano or St. Michael.
