Ben did a great job explaining each step he was doing when trying to figure out our electrical problem. He was very thorough and was able to locate the issue outside of our home, contacted the electrical company to fix it and followed up with me to let me know it was done. It may have been a little more price wise, but the other company I used would have been more as I would of had to have them come out twice to figure it out. Thank you Ben!!!

Still trying to figure out why I paid $26 per bulb, when two were recently installed by me, another was in the corner in the dining room just a few feet away from the light in the kitchen. What a relief to know ballast works fine and now all 4 bulbs now light up.
