They did great work at my house for a basement remodel and the workers I dealt with were amazing. HOWEVER, I will never again use them due to the owner. He is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. We had an additional $1,000 worth of charges at the end and all I was asking for was an explanation of those charges. After making me feel like an idiot and belittling me he finally gave me a moment to talk so that I could explain to him what I wasnt understanding. Furthermore, the bid that he prepared for us was inaccurate and did not factor in outlets that were necessary to meet code. This was very frustrating because it raised our bill and I previous electricians we had worked with knew exactly what was needed (before starting the work) to meet code. You would think that after spending $4,000 on basement electric he would be slightly nicer and more patient when describing additional charges. I am regretful of choosing them and in the end they were no cheaper than Harrison Electric who we had used for everything prior to them.

Lost one leg of the service to the house. Troy came out promptly, assesed what was needed and came back in a couple hours to finish the repair for a reasonable price. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Added him to my contact list for future projects.
