Technician David came to install a water pump on my furnace because the drain for the water was going up hill and water was backing up into my furnace. He was very polite, clean, quick-working and clearly knew what he was doing. He came prepared with all the equipment he would need (I have had several companies that would need to leave in the middle of repairs, so annoying!) and he got right to work. He tested everything to ensure it all worked properly before cleaning up his work-space and leaving. He even finished 20 min early! He was a pleasure to have in my house and I would defiantly invite him back if I ever having any other problems. The price to install the pump was exactly what was quoted and very very affordable! Thank you David and 72 degrees!!

72 degrees has done work for me at both my home and business. They are always punctual and very friendly. We have used them for heating/cooling services and most recently for service on our gas fireplace in our home. They are fairly priced and have always been willing to handle our needs quickly. When the AC went out at my business last summer they came out within the hour...on a Saturday! Highly impressed with that kind of customer care!
