We had a problem that affected 2 separate circuits in our basement, and after trying to find the problem myself, I had to leave it to the professionals (I was very careful not to mess up any of the wiring I had checked, which would take more of their time - and more of my money). I did have the affected breakers turned off, and all affected switches and outlets open and exposed, saving them time. They were able to come out the very next morning, and fixed the problem much faster than expected. There turned out to be a hidden junction box in a sheetrocked ceiling which is extremely tough to find (they were using a camera to look around in the ceiling). As long as they were there, we had them install a pool table light I had planned on doing myself to save money. It was perfectly done, and the couple of holes they did have to make to fish the wire from a nearby light fixture were easy for me to patch. They made circular holes, and left the "plugs" for me to put back in. I cut a 1x2 about 4 inches wider than the hole, stuck it in the ceiling, and screwed through the sheetrock into the wood on both sides of the hole. Then I used just one screw to put the "plug" back in place. A little mud, sanding, touch up paint, and all was good again. To sum up my experience, they were very knowledgeable, worked hard and quickly, not milking the clock, and were pleasant to have at our house during the job.

We remodeled a nearly 100 year old home. Signature Electric took care of rewiring the entire house and did a fantastic job! Scott, the owner also helped with lighting design and placement - and it is the thing that we get the most compliments on. From day one they hit the ground running, were always on time, and did fantastic work. We cant recommend them highly enough. With a project as comprehensive as ours we were nervous and made sure to do our research on everyone we worked with - all the great things we heard about Signature turned out to be true and I cant imagine having worked with anyone else. They are amazing!

Steve is the man and is very knowledgeable hes great at electrical and outdoor lighting! I would recommend there services to anyone, they installed outdoor lighting and did some electrical work in my house. I was extremely pleased with the results and speed of service! Showed up on time and I cannot recommend them enough- Scott showed up to get power to my AC unit. Solved the problem in 15 minutes and offered to do anything else around my house. He was able to put up a light fixture in less than 20 minutes. I was amazed- we wasted hours trying to get it up. What a great experience. Sometimes just pay the experts and get the projects done. So happy!

Received a quote was all set to get the work done. Had a miscommunication on a start date. Representative was more interested in being right than resolving the issue and wanted to argue the point rather than offer a solution. Very poor customer service.
