I have worked with Mickle Electric & Heating for many years. They have serviced our furnace and air conditioning system since we moved in, and we have a 1915 house with an older unit. They always get here right away when we need them. They service our units on a regular basis and they repair parts for it because it is an older central heating and air conditioning system. The system was put in 15 years ago and it works well with their maintenance and repair parts. They know the unit extremely well. They can find any problem immediately. We had the air go out a few days ago and they got here right away, found the problem, serviced it, and had the air back on in 45 minutes. Great service. I was a developer and did a lot of affordable housing. Mickle Electric & Heating did all heating and air conditioning work for all of those houses and they did a fabulous job. They provided all of the customers with great service. We have recommended them to many people, and I will never go anywhere else.

Good service and follow up after the fact just all too often seem to be old fashioned in the world we live in today. I had a poor experience with the first company that I called out to handle what I assumed would be minor issues at my home. They were rude and did poor work leaving oversized and unneccesary holes in the walls. Needless to say, I had to stop them short of finishing all of the work when they told me there was little they could do about it. Thankfully a friend of mine from church suggested I try Mickle Electric to finish the work on the minor re-wire at my home. THANKFULLY I DID ! They were kind enough to inform me of everything that was going to take place in my home before doing it, and advise me of my options. When they were finished the work was clean very professional as I had expected in the first place. Not only that, but the men that did the work was couteous and proffessional AND they cleaned up the mistakes that the other company had made - FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE.

They did great first time! Fixed a bad valve on water heater and made it work again. Technician did let us know the tank was getting buildup and needed replaced in near future. All good. Started having problems again couple months later. Called and scheduled service call in hopes of buying little more time before replacing. Tech showed up and was the same tech who was here first time. He was here less than 2 minutes. Said there was nothing he could do and picked his tool belt up and left. Said he wasnt gonna charge us. He didnt even pull a single tool out of his belt. I called several times and finally got an answer. I was told by a mickle that they dont know why an employee would say they werent charging because that isnt their job. I understand trip charges but when they basically cancel the call on your doorstep or a few feet in I have to admit thats at least grounds for a discount. Not a customers fault if employee has wrong info and says no charge.

When my dad retired and I took over, I continued to use Terry and Mickle Electric because of the good service he gave my dad. I have a very good working relationship with him. They always do a good job. Mickle Electric is timely and courteous with home owners. Everything goes smoothly with them. Overall my experience with Terry has always been great. Terry tries to do his best for me. He is a top notch guy and is willing to help. Mickle Electric & Heating Inc. does what they can to get the job done. If something comes up, Terry is willing to go over and above, even if it means it will come out of his own pocket. He does a nice job. My overall experience with Terry and his outfit has been great.

we used mickle when we first moved in to our house, seven years ago. it was january 1, our heating went out, a large snowstorm was headed our way and we were expecting 25 people for an in-house wedding ceremony. after an emergency order of firewood to burn so we could raise the temperature in the house, we were able to get mickle to come out and fix the problem. they were here within two hours, on a holiday! yes, we had to pay holiday hours, but they were the only ones who could make it! anyone else wouldve charged holiday prices, but no one was available to come out. after that, weve used them twice to check our air conditioning. as always, theyve been friendly, professional, quick, reasonable and willing to offer advice to avoid future mishaps. i believe ill always use them! We had a couple of people here about an air conditioner. I even had a good friend recommend one company, then someone who had used Mickle recommended them instead, and based on their recommendation I decided to give them a call. I gave them a call, Mr. Mickle, or whoever the boss is, came out. He was very, very polite, and very knowledgeable in his profession. He made a recommendation to use that really made and impact to me. He said that our gas line was not grounded, and after hearing about several fires not too long ago, I didnt even realize that we had that in our basement. He said he could to that for us, so he gave us a quote for the air conditioner, then two or three choices for what we could do about that, and the price was right, so we did it, and the service was excellent!

I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism and expertise of this company and employees. We had some electrical work to do from a house inspection report and this company jumped into action to help us get the work done promptly and cost effectively. We had a quote from an HSA contract firm that was 3 times higher than the charge this firm completed the work in. They did not make me wait for days for an appointment, and the cost quotes for repair were accurate and manageable for hourly rates. Allison helped us a lot with setting up appointments and making payments. She was superb to help us get our work done quickly.I recommend this company to everyone and say this with honesty and gratitude. They got the electrical job done right and in quick time.
