I have with pleasure visited at least 9 Chipotles markets: Minneapolis Uptown, MN; Champaigns University; and Casa Grande, AZ has offered the most exemplary service, while Chicagos Hyde Park; Bloomington Main, IL and now this one...could use some lessons in serving. Granted, I am not the typical customer. I generally request seared chicken when its cooked on the grill. Most of the locations have honored that, as expected. I guess I am the only customer to ask for it. However, at this location, serving my bowl seems insurmountable when it came to adding the sides. I usually have the chicken, extra chicken on the bottom. I ask almost every location I visit to stir up the white rice because most of the time, it is clumped together. At this location, when stirring the rice, it was to the bottom of the steam dried container it was in. So, I requested some fresh rice. It took nearly 7 minutes for someone to become available to make the rice and then to complete my bowl. Other customers were willing to accept the bottom of the pan for the rice. I felt frustrated to think I would have gotten faster service if I had done the same. Part of my enjoyment is the preparation of my burrito bowl. When it is thrown together in the name of speed, the presentation is compromised thus affect the enjoyment of my bowl. I generally order it with meat, then black beans dry, corn dry and tomato dry. But, to be so quick to throw cheese on it ( I am allergic to milk) would mean one would have to make it over. I am not criticizing the chain, but this location could take a lesson or two in active listening when it comes to the customers. If I am in Iowa City, I will hesitate before visiting here.

This Chipotle is just okay. I have had worse/better experiences at different ones. I can think of two different occasions where I have ordered the chicken and found a piece or two of uncooked chicken. When I say uncooked, I mean that the chicken was actually raw in the middle. This is absolutely unacceptable and it is a shame because I didnt realize this until I was too far away to do anything. I am sure it is good most of the time, but I would much rather go to Pancheros right across the street.

Pancheros might be more "authentic" right down to the spanish speakers working there, but it really just boils down to what you are in the mood for. Id rather have Chipotles yummy cilantro rice with some spicey chicken, sizzling fajita veggies, fresh pico de gallo and a big glob of guacamole all wrapped up in a huge tortilla any day. It is true that while customer service is always great, sometimes the quality of the product varies, but Ive never had a bad burrito.

Very rude customer service! they also charge .86 cents for a tortilla. And I observed an employee tasting the food in the back at the approval of another. I cant be the only one who thinks eating food with your gloved hands and putting it in your mouth only to serve others their burritos with the same gloves is disgusting. Dont judge the chain based on this location, it needs new employees...

I gave Chipotle a try because all of my friends said they liked it better than Pancheros, but I have to disagree. The tortillas at Chipotle are too dry and the meat too spicy. The tortillas at Pancheros are fresh and chewy and the queso is soooo good. I was disappointed that Chipotle did not have queso dip. I think that Chipotle is good, but Pancheros is still my favorite.

Saw a woman yell at an employee named Kelly today for no reason at all. She handled the situation well, and quickly got back to work as soon as the woman who had yelled at her finally left her alone. The food was great, and I was impressed by how well she was able to take the abuse from the customer. Definitely coming back again.

Solid experience. Ive gone to more than ten Chipotles and had over 100 burritos. Speedy service and fresh tasting like always. Ive also ordered catering from here now, and that was a great experience - got enough food for 20 people, and they were very friendly and complete in their setup - warming trays and all.

Ive been to many other Chipotle locations but this one is by far the best. The employees are super friendly and fast, they dont mess around when it comes to preparing your food. Aside from customer service the food is always fresh and delicious .

I actually really like Chipotle. Fast prepared food. The chicken bowl is really great. Its a little expensive but not that bad. I usally dont have to eat much later on for dinner when I have this for lunch.

Chipotle is amazing. Sometimes its a win lose when you go in because of whose working but the customer service is great, and if theres ever a problem let the website know and they will hook you up.

The freshly cooked food will forever be my favorite. Why people prefer Pancheros, I will never know. The fresh and deliciously healthy food offered at Chipotle has completely won me over.

The tortillas were not fresh at all.The burritos were cold , very cold!. I think the burritos are getting smaller and smaller; I dont think me or my friends will go there again.
