Ive never left a subway pissed off before. I came in at about 10pm with my mom to get a few sandwiches and the kid who was working was an ass right off the bat. We werent greeted at all. Then when he would grab the bread out, he slammed the door. When he put the veggies and such on, he was flinging things around and then when we asked for provolone, he told us they didnt have any... Yeah right. Ive never been so upset after leaving a restaurant. Even McDonalds has better customer service than that, so what does that tell you? Lol. Not going to come back here again. Ill drive a little further to go to another one.

Its a Subway so what do you expect? What surprised me was that the store didnt have seafood for the seafood sandwich, even during Lent. The food is decent and the mens bathroom was surprisingly clean.

This peace of trash doesnt even clean the tables or the bathrooms. There is food everywhere and paper towels all over the floor in the bathroom. Never go here, I Repeat NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!:(

Not sure what happened to this Subway in the last 6 month but my family is now going to Erbert and Gerberts. Staff is rude, slow, and store is dirty. Was our favorite place to eat but no longer....

This dump didnt let me use an expired coupon. It was traumatizing. He called me an idiot for even asking. Any other food place in eau Claire is better. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible service. I dont think they know how to put a smile on their face. They are rude to customers and very unprofessional. The only reason I come back is because I like my sandwich

Owner is a complete witch I feel bad for the employees. Horrible experience with subway will not be returning, nobody should visit unless they want a bad experience.
