Contracted for curb stop replacement. Good: 1. Fast service 2. Very nice customer service Bad: 1. Was kept in the dark about the status of the work. I had to call them to see when they were going to be there. They didnt show at the scheduled time and I had to call and ask why. 2. Never received notice work was underway or completed 3. Never received notice that my invoice was in the mail 4. They never contacted water company to get an inspection.

Their service was friendly, courteous, and professional. The plumber was on time, neat, and communicated my plumbing issues well. He explained the service and was quick and thorough. I am happy to recommend Bill Rhiner plumbing any time.

They were fast and very professional. I had a clogged shower drain and they were able to fix it in 1o minutes. They double checked their work and gave a fair price. I would use them again in the future!
