If I could choose a negative star I would. This plumbing company subcontracted with our contractor to do the plumbing in our kitchen remodel. They had two jobs. Hook the sink up properly and install the dishwasher. The sink was installed properly, minus the fact the faucet handle isnt connected to anything and its difficult to turn it on. Also, our dishwasher has become unmounted from our countertop and also jiggles when you pull out the drawers. I have been asking them to come out and fix it for a month now and have gotten pushed aside more than 6 times. Their receptionist is also quite rude and you can actually picture her rolling her eyes when she takes a message. I would love to have the owners number to tell him about my experience and I would hope he wouldnt be happy with her or the sales men I have been working with.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out whats going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.

This contractor completely double charges for out of window standard service hours. Was quoted a price for the replacement of a faucet and then the bill was double the rate. To top it off the valve within the replacement faucet had to be replaced two weeks later as we were away for the weekend and the shower fan most of the weekend because the valve they replaced broke. I had to go in myself and replace. Not a fun event!!

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
