I have used Pritchard Bros. twice and now will not use anyone else. Trust in the contracting world is hard to find but my experiences with this company has confirmed they are honest and trustworthy. My latest experience with Pritchard was the addition of a mother-in-law apartment where I contacted three different companies to get quotes. Two of the companies came out we discussed the project and I discussed my concerns with AC and Heating the additional square footage they went back to their offices and sent me a quote. Pritchard came out 4 to 5 times to look over the project, discuss the different types of options, and to make sure they understood what I wanted. I was very impressed with them, their professionalism, and genuine concern to insure I would be satisfied. I was not disappointed with the end result. Additionally, their quote was the best value as well on top of the individual attention I received. GREAT Company, would not recommend anyone else!!!!! I only wish I would have had them install my main house AC as well.

Since moving to Boone, Iowa in 1998 I have Always called Pritchard Brothers Plumbing-Heating for all of my plumbing and heating needs. Mike has always been the biggest help with any problems I have had. My most recent problem was that I was in need of a new hot water heater. I called and Mike was willing to send a couple of guys the same day I called to get a new hot water heater installed in my home. Matt and I believe his name was Brian arrived and immediately started working to remove the old hot water heater and get the new one installed. They did an Excellent job and answered any questions I had. They also went out of their way and fixed my kitchen sink(almost no water pressure) at no extra charge. Great Service!! Great People!! This Company deserves the #1 Plumbing and Heating Company in Boone County and in Iowa!! :-) I Definitely recommend Pritchard Brothers for your Plumbing and Heating needs!!! Thank You, Tanner T.

Our 4-year-old, tankless water heater started leaking last week. After a very frustrating visit ($3000 estimate to replace it) from a local plumber, I called Pritchard Bros Heating-Plumbing for a second opinion. Mike Pritchard and his crew went above and beyond in helping me with this problem. He contacted the company who made the leaking water heater and found out it was under warranty. All said and done, he found a new replacement with an upgraded model, turned in the defective model, and replaced it with the new one. $300, out the door. He followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. He then had a crew stop by to make sure there were no leaks. I can assure you, we will be using Pritchard Bros for all our plumbing issues from here on out. We give them our highest recommendation.

We moved into our home in our home in 1987. The house was built in the 1950s. So with age have comes repairs and upkeep. Prichard Brothers have taken care of our needs for all that time. They were and are easy to do business with. I like doing DIY repairs and the people at Prichards have always been helpful with advice and parts needed, and when I have gotten in over my head (no matter the time of day) they have been there to save me. For many years my work took me out of town for days of the week, when my wife had any type of plumbing problems and needed help Mike, Gary & Jason always responded quickly. We just replaced our boiler and Mike researched and worked with us to find a tankless boiler. Works great - efficient - very quite. EXCELLENT SREVICE - QUALITY WORK -REASONABLE PRICES

I called Pritchard Bros and talked to Mike about relocating a main drain pipe that drops from the upstairs bath down into my garage area. I demoed out the wall to extend my garage and the pipe was right in the road. Mike came out and gave me an estimate right away. The estimate was very competitive and reasonable. When I called to schedule them to come out and move the pipe, they offered to come that morning! This is un-heard of. They did an amazing job and knocked out the work by 1 PM. Mike even sent me a picture of the work and asked if I was satisfied... Couldnt ask for better quality work, friendly-ness and top notch customer service. If your a home owner like me you know how hard it is to get a plumber to come out right away. Definitely recommend their services to anyone.

OMG!!! Great company. I was having the problem for awhile and I called a couple other plumbing companies before I called Pritchards and 1 wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, the other couldnt tell me when they would be able to get out there. Called Pritchard Bros and they were so nice and kind and helpful and they were able to get to my house the next day and they fixed the issue with no problems at all and they cleaned up afterwards even though part of it was a mess they didnt make. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area or out of the area. Great company, great people. Will definitely call again if I have problems!!

I recently bought a new house and found the radon levels to higher than expected. Pritchard Brothers came in and assessed the problem. They gave me a free quote to correct the problem. I hired them to come back and install a radon system. I had concerns on how the piping was going to look on the exterior of my new home, they found the best location and route to install the piping and the system. They done a very professional job and the cost came in under the original quote. I would recommend them, I know if I need any more work done at that is who I will be calling.

I had a great experience with Pritchard Brothers! I was selling my house and had to get a radon mitigation system installed for the buyers. They were by far the cheapest quote I got (out of 4) and they were able to get in and do the work right away! They left a simple testing kit for me to use and send in and the results came back at an amount that would be equivalent to the amount of radon out in outdoor air. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely keep them in mind if I need anything else like this in the future! I would highly recommend them!

After receiving an invoice for service with a $ amount that made my head explode I wrote a review reflecting my displeasure. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mike explaining that a billing error had been made during his absence. He adjusted the bill to a fully reasonable rate. As for the service, I had no complaints and thought the job had been done professionally. I always appreciate doing business with a company that is willing to acknowledge and correct mistakes if they happen.
