worst plumber service I had ever used. after I hired them to clean clogged toilet and paid $150 in Mar, 2016, the toilet clogged again in 3 days. the symptom is exactly same. I immediately called and asked them to come to check what went wrong. to my surprised, I told there is no warranty for the repair unless it is hand written on the paper. also I was promised someone would call me back next day. the call never came, so I had to call back to check the progress. now they said I had to pay them $30 to come to check again, further repair will cause extra. I refused. the customer service representative said they forwarded my message to the manager and he would contact to find a solution next Monday. no need to say, the call never come. stay away from this guys. also they are franchised business. I called their franchise headquarter and was told they had no control of this brand. their service and promise is totally a joke.

Worst service ever had tech out one day couldnt get it uncloged another tech came out next day said I wanted a camera ran down with a jet to find the problem he jet it but told me camera wouldnt work in sewage called Mark nemerous times kept telling me he would have the tech call me still no response

They are always.friendly, fast and the guys there do quality work . I would recommend them for any job weather its a clogged drain or if I need my septic tank pumped. They even do water restoration now which was nice because my basement flooded and had water damage and mold

Called Roto-Rooter, and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Unclogged my kitchen sink in about 15 minutes, and then they were on their way. Great service, and it cost $80. Not bad for immediate service!
