While the equipment is decent and the price is low, the major selling feature for me was the WiFi. Or at least the promise of WiFi. I wanted to work out and use my own music or tablet. however the connectivity is spotty. -at best- I have been told by employees that they dont know what is wrong with it. The manager claims that it is devices not having enough range. However, the issue is persistent with many different devices in all areas of the gym. It will connect one day, then with the same device and settings it wont connect for the next week straight. then bam you luck out and it connects for one day. One in every 8 days is not the WiFi I was promised. I know that the management is probably not tech trained, but as everyone I have talked to has the same problem, perhaps you might address it rather than pass the buck and hope we dont notice. For the other staff members that are there, they generally greet you and are very friendly. Thank you guys for being awesome. Now fix the WiFi.

Im an OTR driver who uses PFs all over the country. This is a nice, clean location. Staff is friendly, & all equipment is in like-new condition. A bit on the smaller side for PFs, but not crowded. Theyve all the usual PF weight machines.

Good price, like that the black card comes with tanning and unlimited guest privileges. More than that, this location is the cleanest, nicest looking one Ive been to, and the staff is very friendly. Love it :)

Super clean. Love the locker rooms. Love the stair master, Urbandale location doesnt have it. Variety of equipment thats works for me. Love planet fitness!
