Slow and unreliable shipping, tracking system that doesnt update in a timely fashion, and horrible customer service that does not listen. Expected a package to be delivered on a specific day and at 6PM the status updated to next day. Called and customer service in some random place said no one works at the warehouse after 5PM and no one would be in until 830AM.

Ill never understand why when you order a package it sits in a facility for 3 days and doesnt move lol? Ive had alot of problems with fedex in the past but not this one. Ty for moving my package quickly and accurately
