So bummed because I really loved this store. Shipped a gift to a friend in Mn, and was told the shipping price. Turns out they charged more than that to my card without ever telling me the full price (including a $2.50 "labor charge") when I was checking out! Other UPS stores and postal stores dont do this. They charged me for packing peanuts too. The package definitely did not need them and I did not ask for them, and the price for them was never discussed.

It took a while for UPS as an entity to locate the damage claim my receiver had submitted, but Tim at the Plymouth location was very helpful and diligent in resolving the issue and sending a refund check. It is nice to know that even large businesses like this still have "faces" that you can talk to and get help from!

Tried to drop off a pre-paid package there 1 minute before close, and the person refused to open the door. Had this happen one time before too, where the place was closed down early. Other than this branch, UPS is great

Been here a few times to return Amazon purchases. Always very helpful staff and short wait times. Cannot comment on shipping prices though.
