TERRIBLE. had delivery scheduled for a friday, they showed up the day before on a thursday when no one was around. asked to have them deliver friday as planned, they forgot the delivery on the dock and couldnt deliver until the following wednesday. unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Ive ordered my warehouse manager to not allow them, and we have told our customers that arrange their own freight to use another carrier as we are sick of the damages and the lies they tell. Terrible terrible company and worse customer service.

Had shipment booked for pick up in Lake Mills, WI on 9/29--Arrived on 8/1--ONLY to be told it would be 3 days before it could be UNLOADED off the TRUCK.....
