Great company to work for but employees need raises and better pay, they work hard to get drivers on board and deal with paperwork, also the managers need interpersonal communication training and a structured way to carry out job tasks , finally there is too much verbal abuse and that needs close attention. I enjoyed my time great people.

You should do something for the drivers only to let them know you really appreciate them. If not you whoever is running the bussiness tell them thank you every now and then. They play a big role in this operation. They are the ones making your money think about it with out them there will be no rich logistics
