Completely incompetent. Claw foot tub was to be delivered. They ran my wife around on the phone as to a delivery date, then stated they werent sure if they could get a 54 truck onto the street where we lived. Mind you were talking about a 6 foot 400lb tub. Put it on to a smaller truck, right? Why accept a contract with a retailer to deliver items you evidently are incapable of delivering? So then they state they will deliver at 8am the next day. Long story short our plumber ended up having to pick it up from them. I will never buy from another company without first checking that it will not be Averitt delivering the item because if it is I will do business elsewhere.
