Oh my goodness, what a horrible experience! I had heard the expression before, "like herding cats," but I never really understood it until I ordered a bed and mattress from ReliefMart (aka TempFlow). It took a total of 6 weeks, countless emails and phone calls, and a lot of my time and money for Manna to finally correct their long string of mistakes and to deliver my bed and mattresses. Over the years, I have dealt with a spectrum of great to just ok movers and delivery companies, but Manna has now lowered my level of expectations more than I could have ever expected. Not only did I end up having to take 3 different half-days off work to meet them (they didnt even show up the first two times). When they did finally show up for my "white glove" service, they, for example, were pushing my mattress along the concrete entrance to my house. This tore the fabric and it had to be reordered. The movers showed no remorse and did not even apologize - they simply said, "you can send it back for a replacement if its damaged." They were also supposed to assemble a bed. They had NO idea what they were doing! At one point one of the men asked the other if he though he should use a screw driver or if he could just use his hands. Lol. I suggested using tools and they acted put out by having to go get tools out of their truck. In the end, they put the bed together laughably incorrectly, leaving slats and large pieces of wood to the side of the bed. I wrote on their signature sheet all of the things they did and also called directly to complain. Manna just kept offering scripted apologies once and again over the course of 6 weeks as if that was a solution. Oh, and once the movers left, I found more than 10 essential parts HIDDEN under my bed, out of reach. Needless to say that much of my furniture had to be replaced, but that took another 4 weeks to finally happen because Manna was STILL in charge of the delivery. At one point, the replacement parts were in my city and they scheduled the delivery only to call me back 30 minutes before delivery (I took a half day off work to be home) and say that they had lost the order and would need to REORDER IT AGAIN. Lol. It was truly a clown show. I wont list all of the other hilarious mistakes they made (like not being able to correctly dial my phone number for over a week), but suffice it to say spare yourself the frustration of working with this company.

Worst experience ever! The customer service at this place is by far the most dreadful god-awful most painfully frustrating customer service. I hope to Never have to deal with them ever again. ------------- Scroll down to the end for the short version. ------------- Heres what happened: I ordered some furniture from Touchstone Home Products, who by the way make some amazing furniture but unfortunately for me they use Manna as their delivery and installation company. They call themselves the premier white glove delivery and installation company but they are the worst people to do business with. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm at 3:45 pm Thursday afternoon I get a call from their local warehouse that serves my area. Spoke to the person that does their delivery schedule. She informed me that due to some unforseen circumstances the delivery would be a little late between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm but no delivery ever showed up. First thing that morning at 9 am at the start of her shift, I spoke to the same lady that told me about the delivery running late. She apologized and told me she would schedule it for Friday, same hours 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm but she would have to talk to the truck dispatch first and she would call me back to confirm. 1:00 pm rolls by nothing havent heard back from her or anything. Called a couple times throughout the day nothing no answer. So I call their main Customer service number spoke to someone who told me he had no record of my furniture leaving the warehouse Friday. So there it was another day that my furniture did not get delivered. I called back the local delivery warehouse and she assured me it went out that day. She was wrong no surprise there and apparently weekend delivery was not possible and the best they could do was Tuesday evening so we shall see if they bother to even show up... I Hate This Company and their horrible customer service, if this is the kind of service they offer I cant believe they are still in business. Oh eventually I did get a hold of some manager who offered me a $75 refund out of my $250 that I paid for delivery and installation. ------------------ Short version: They wont deliver your things on time and they dont give a F*** about that or you.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent. They are who Vizio uses for their returns, so I had no choice. On August 30, we scheduled the delivery of the replacement TV for Friday, September 16 "between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m." At 10:15 p.m. on September 15, they called to say they were not able to "accommodate" our delivery the following day, as scheduled. We asked for Saturday, September 17 and were told they do not do weekend deliveries - only weekdays, only during the day (no evenings). I work weekdays. So I rescheduled for Friday, September 23 (today) and took the day off of work, as the window was still "8 a.m.-8 p.m." This morning they sent an EMAIL (not even a phone call) saying that our delivery is scheduled for tomorrow (which is incorrect). Ive spent more than an hour on the phone arguing with them that it muse be delivered today (we are out of town tomorrow). He said hed look into it. I then received a text message confirming delivery for today, so I didnt go into work. Two hours later, they called to say they cannot deliver today. I let them know how unacceptable this is, and they are "working on a solution." Theyve screwed up delivery days/times three times now, and I still dont have the item I ordered a month ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience ever. I had a delivery set up today between 8-12 i understand being a little late but they didnt show up until 2 and no one called to notify me i had to call and find out what was going on. So finally the truck arrived they backed into my driveway broke several branchs off my tree then they come inside and one unboxed the new tv while the other one pick up my old tv by the stand flipped it upside down and cramped it into the box oeep in mind the new tv isnt put together yet or anything so even if i decided to refuse the order i wouldnt have been able to. The guy dealing with the new tv is now laying on my living room floor trying to put the base to the rv together he asked me if i had any tools. I said no because i didnt. So he just put me tv not screwed together on the stand pretty much falling off and says what do u want me to do we dont have tools on the truck.....then i get handed a clipboard to sign they also didnt have a pen i had to go dig for one. They hand me the screws for the back of the tv and leave
