Weddle and Sons is an excellent roofing company. They replaced my roof on 28 Aug 2013. You guys are true professionals. After receiving 3 different quotes to replace my roof. I chose to go with you guys after reading reviews online. During the tear off on my roof, a shingle damaged my central A/C unit. The local supervisor for Weddle and Sons came out to look at the damage. Quickly called a local Air Conditioning company and had the damage fixed. This shouldnt deter anyone from using Weddle and Sons. In fact it should persuade someone to use Weddle and Sons. They didnt try to hide what happened. They just wanted to make it right and fix what happened. I have spent 12 years in the Army and live my life by high morales and values. And your company does the same. Thank you for instilling integrity into your employees. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. And I would be more than happy to be used as a reference for any future/perspective customer. Thank you for a job well done. James

The team from Weddle & Sons that worked on our roof were horrible. They threw old shingles off the roof and destroyed new plants in our garden, broke the the rain gauge off our deck, ripped a window screen, and left black skid marks down our siding. Some of the crew drank during their breaks and we found their empty Corona bottles in our bushes along with their food and Advil wrappers. One area of our roof had to be redone three times due to shoddy workmanship. We discovered that one of their crew used a chemical to clean off sealant they got on three of our expensive special ordered windows. It destroyed the finish on them and left white colored swirls in the glass, totally ruined them. We also found strips from the backing of the roofing material bound up in our central air unit. We were so fortunate to hear a grinding noise that evening after they left and found the strips. We were able to work the strips loose before it burned up the motor.

They did a really good job on the roof, but left a bit of a mess and nails (even though it says they clean up there was a good amount of shingle dust on the ground). They did the roof in one day and gutters in one day. My issue is with the way they hound you for the part not covered by insurance. Any normal company will send you a printed invoice and then the person has according to normal business practice 28 days to pay that invoice. Not weddle - they will literally hound you on the phone once per week after they e-mail the bill. In my case it was almost $2000. I paid chunks via my checking account online because they do not accept credit cards. Sorry guys but even the electric company, any plumber or service to the home allows about 28 days. I did not like that part of the whole transaction. Otherwise it was good - gutters look great and roof looks good.

Did a fast, quality job on our home and garage. Even surprised us by re-roofing our chicken coop for free! (they said it just looked wrong because it no longer matched!) They stayed within the bid, and were very pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions and were very patient and helpful as I dealt with insurance. The only thing I think they could improve was the amount of time it took them to return my initial call about getting the roof done. I would recommend.

Weddle did a fantastic job communicating with me at every step of the way from when we ordered the work over the winter until it was performed first part of Spring and throughout the install. Their workers were courteous and polite to myself and to my family and completed the project in one day. The end product looks fantastic, theres no sign of them having been here a day later (not one piece of trash!) and I couldnt be happier with their work.
