This was the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Details below. The roofing crew was amazing when they finally showed up. No one spoke English, but they did a fantastic job, they made sure every nail was out of the driveway, they even spray painted all the vents on the roof to match the shingles, which was a nice touch. But the customer service was so horrible I could never recommend these guys. The sales person initially seemed like a really great guy. He showed up when the insurance inspector did, climbed up on the roof and helped the inspector find all the damage. Later, problems started. First, the contract was wrong and had to be re-written. Then he tried to bill us for the tarping that another contractor did. Then what should have been a ten minute session so we could write a check ended up being a two hour argument with the salesperson because he couldnt seem to understand fourth grade math and he wanted a check for 90% up front. We finally agreed on an amount and were told that because our roof was leaking we would be a priority and would get on the schedule in the next week to ten days. We kept contacting the sales person and scheduling manager and kept being delayed. Finally, six weeks after theyd cashed our check I called the main office instead of the people wed been speaking with and said that if I didnt get a scheduled date immediately I would be filing a complaint with the BBB that night. I was put in touch with the owner who apologized, told me the sales rep was no longer with the company, and promised we would have the work done that week. It was done. The scheduling manager made an appointment to stop by the next day for a final inspection. He never showed up and did not call. Two weeks passed and we neither heard anything or got a certificate of completion for our insurance company. Late on a Friday evening (after 7:30 pm) he called and asked if he could drop by Saturday to do the final inspection. He didnt apologize or make an excuse for his skipping the earlier appointment. I told him I wouldnt be making an appointment with him and I wanted to talk to the owner. He agreed. When I hadnt heard from the owner by Monday I called and left a voicemail. I didnt hear anything for two more days and called the main office again. I got an apology and a call back from the owner this time, but Im still waiting for the certificate. If you are the type of person who doesnt mind calling to nag and threaten with lawsuits and/or the BBB constantly, you can get a great roof from these guys. But I doubt Ill ever use them again.

T-Town was absolutely fantastic! Jeremy called prior to arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would. Everything about him was refreshing to deal with. His professionalism ranged from his appearance to his demeanor and of course to his work. He preformed individual inspections on all the problem areas and explained each one in detail prior to repairing each of them. He also took the time to explain how the damage happened and how he would repair it. Once all the work was complete he reviewed everything with me in terms a laymen in the area of roofing could understand. It is extremely hard to find quality service and work like I experienced with Jeremy in todays world. This post was written approximately a week after the work was completed and with it being spring in Oklahoma we have had a lot of rain. The work has held up magnificently and I could not be happier with my choice of using a local business and receiving the personal touch you dont get from the big out of area companies. If in the future I need further work(spring in Oklahoma = hail and high winds) I know exactly who to call! On a side note, I love the big trucks!!

We are so pleased with our new roof by T-Town Roofing. From the very first phone call asking for help to the final inspection, it has been a truly wonderful experience. Nick David, roofing advisor, was our point of contact. He inspected our roof completely and not only shared with us what he found, but showed us and explained possible reasons why it was in the shape it was in. He explained the process that they would go through to make everything right and made us feel at ease. The crew that came out and did the job was so impressive in everything they did. The materials showed up a bit later than expected, but these guys did not leave til the whole roof was completely covered. The clean-up that these guys did was incredible. They were so meticulous to make sure nothing was left behind. That showed us that they respected our home. I can only conclude that T-Town Roofing is absolutely professional with the personal touch. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to T-Town, Nick and the hard working crew that made it all come together...."Thank you all so much." And by the way, this is something special for Nick....."Do you even lift bro?"

I had them inspect our roof and they found hail damage.T-Town said to go ahead and file a claim. To let them know when the insurance inspector would be by and that they would meet them to point out damage found. Claim was filed, inspection was scheduled and everyone was notified of the appointment. Day of the appointment when inspector showed up we called T-Town Roofing and because they were not here. They said they would have someone over. No one ever showed up. Claim was denied. When called afterwards they said it was a scheduling error and changed their story and said they did not feel there was enough damage to constitute a roof replacement. Said we were told we only had a 50/50 chance anyway even if they showed up, that was a lie and this company is a joke. This is not something that can be resolved with their solution of a cash bid as they offered for not showing up.

If it were possible to give them less than 1 star, I would. First off, only after repeated requests to tarp my leaking roof did they respond, thereby allowing more damage to the interior of my home. Then, after pushing the completion date back nearly a month, T-Town sent a crew that made a mess of my yard and left nails and trash all over it. When I tried to ask them to clean it, they didnt understand me, as none of them spoke English. Once the job was finally finished and my insurance company called and asked if my roof was complete, I called T-Town for proof of completion, daily, for more than 2 weeks before they returned my call. Once my calls were finally returned, I was informed that I owned them $2,500 more than they had quoted me in the first place. Avoid this company like the plague.

Weve worked with Matt, Terry, and Brian, and theyve all be absolutely incredible! Above and beyond anything we could have asked for! Our roofing situation is one we bought into not knowing it was a disaster, and where several other "reputable" companies came out, promised they wouldnt abandon us, and then kept not following up or returning phone calls, t town has done the exact opposite of that! I wish I had some way to properly thank them as I feel nothing I can do would actually match the incredible efforts and work theyve put into this for us. I will recommend everyone to them who needs roof work done. Evvvveryone
