This company was referred to me by my realtor. Initially the owner came out right away and assessed our needs. We needed some flashing work around our chimney. They said they would be out in the next couple of days to make the repair. They never showed and never called. We finally called them to find out what was going on before it rained again. They said they were very busy and they would get to us soon. We waited around day after day with no one showing up. The lady in the offices named Peggy was very rude to us. We explained how no one ever called us to say they werent coming when they said they would. She explained the roofers speak no English. "Dont you know all roofers are Mexican?" After she almost told me to go elsewhere if I didnt like it we canceled all services with this company.

Thank you for fixing the leaks around the chimney. Your crew was here for much longer than expected when they found soft wood under my flashing. Jason explained everything about the process and I expected to get a larger bill but your office stood behind the estimate. That kind of service is rare. Thank you. When my roof was ruined from a hail storm, Royal Roofing acted quickly. The best part of this company to me is that they are local. they actually are owned and operated here and I have a warranty. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone.
