I wouldnt use the company. I worked for them or I worked for Kevin Phillips. He is a JERK! I was an appointment setter that means I would go door to door and set appointments for the salesman( Kevin Phillips) to come back the next day to look at the roof and get them to file a claim. He told me I would get $100.00 for setting the appointment and a extra $100.00 if they file a claim. That was not true. I ONLY get paid if they file a claim. Then on your first day he would go and show you what to do and he will give you the money for that day. Well he got me a $100.00 for my first day. He also told me that you dont have to come every day that it was up to me when I wanted to work. Well I worked Tuesday and Wednesday my first week and told him I couldnt work the next three days and we dont work Sunday and Mondays. Me and my daughter were both sick Tuesday and Wednesday so I told him I would be in Thursday. I called him today and asked if I could come in early to get my check because I needed it to get my daughters medicine and that I would be back in later tonight. Well he straight up told me that I dont have a check and to have a nice life. I didnt deserve to be treated that way. If they treat their employees this way I wonder how they really treat their costumers.

Just as their name promises: PERFECTION! We decided to use Perfection Roofing because their estimate, their customer service, and their professionalism were outstanding. Jason took fantastic care of us and had an estimate to us by end-of-business THE SAME DAY we called! They gave us direct and spot-on advice, were understanding of our emergent need for help and we had a re-roof done in about 36 hours!!! We had leaking in our master bedroom and it was raining non-stop for what seemed like weeks. As soon as the weather broke (one afternoon), the tear-off commenced and the roof was finished the next day! Plus, they called to make sure their work was done to our satisfaction and even followed up later to see if their advice (to get a re-roof done) had worked out! There is no length they will not go to in order to please their customers and I would absolutely recommend for anyone and everyone to use them!

I used these guys 5-6 years ago when we lived by Cascia Hall. Yet again, these guys gave me the best customer service and rate after last year brought another hail storm. We had a flood of guys that we never heard of banging on our door. We have a good size house and did not expect a re-deck job to be done and cleaned up in 2 days. The crew did a great job cleaning up.... and before we could even ask we were assured that his team would protect our bushes and shrubs around our house. We were recently contacted by Perfection Roofing for a 12 months check up and we couldnt have had better service. As a repeat customer already and with more great service, of course we would use them again. Heaven forbid we get more hail!!! NOOOO

Perfection Roofing has the right name. Their staff and workers strive for perfection in every aspect of your relationship with them. If you let them know that you have concerns or a problem, they bend over backwards to make things right and make you happy. We are repeat customers because of this and the quality of their products and their people. They are prompt, friendly, professional, and very hard working. Our lifetime warranted roof was installed in one day and we think it is the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood. We have had so many compliments on it. This contractor put a new roof on my house and April, and in August the ceiling in my furnace room collapsed from the amount of water that had been leaking in around the furnace vent pipe. The roof was under warranty and they sent a guy out to "repair" the flashing but what that really means it that it was never properly installed in the first place. Now they are giving me the run-around in regards to repairing the damage that was caused my their incompetent work crew and Im stuck with no ceiling, ruined insulation and rusty duct work. Do whatever you have to do to avoid working with these guys.

Perfection Roofing is a great company to work with. For the over 10 years I have worked with them, they have provided me with excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship! When I was looking to have my roof repaired for the first time, over 10 years ago, Perfection Roofing gave me the best and most affordable deal out of all the other companies I checked with. They deal with their customers in a prompt and very professional manner and make you feel very valued. Overall I feel that would recommend anyone of my friends to Perfection if they have roofing issues.

I love this company. They have roofed 5 of my houses over the past 5 years due to storm damage. They always did what they said, when they said. Clean up was another plus. I am part of my home owners association and ended up dreading meetings listening to boring homeowners complain about the out of town roofers leaving messes. Do your self a favor, check out how long these guys have been in business, look at BBB rating, as well as there location. Its was obvious to me when I went to their showroom, they have made a success of themselves with good customer relations.

Jason went above and beyond to explain the procedure with the insurance company. He even met the adjuster at the property and provided him with measurements and photos. I have appreciated his follow through and would not hesitate to recommend Jason Cox and Perfection Roofing to anyone. This is the third time Perfection has performed a re-roofing for me on three different homes. I have been very pleased each time.

The price was better than other quotes I received. The work crew did a great job. The work quality was excellent as well as the cleanup. They were able to finish in one day. Pricing was the most competitive. One month after install, it still seems to be doing good holding back rain and ice. Franco Jrs install crew was quick and he was able to answer any question I had. *Make sure you you check the shingle color in their showroom before deciding, the Owens Corning website doesnt do a good job showing the actual colors.

Danny at Profection Roofing helped me with getting a new roof after the last windstorm. My insurance company didnt want to total my roof, but Danny took the time to meet with the adjuster. He prepared a quote that met their requirements. We signed the contract and two days later had a beautiful roof installed.
