We recently had a new roof installed on our house by Modern Roofing. Everyone from Modern Roofings crew were professional and courteous. They were very quick and efficient in completing the project. I have shared my happiness with this company to all of our neighbors. Upon completion Nick came out and inspected the roof and found a few minor scuffs in the shingles and had them replaced to complete the job. The cleanup was fantastic they ran magnets around the yard and had covered our plants and pool from the debris, we didnt find one nail! They are exatly what I expect a family owned business to be.
