Being first time homeowners, were really cautious on contractors and spend a lot of time researching before agreeing to having anything fix. Jack was the salesperson that I spoke with and he was friendly and patient. He took the time to listen to my novice description of the stained garage wall. Jack and another person came to check the problem as we scheduled and on time. But, after spending enough time, they didnt find anything wrong with my roof, instead they noted that it most likely came from a loose window frame. Jack gave me reasonable options for what I will need to or can do. I opt for just having the crack caulked...and they did it for free. Another company that came to check on it prior to them wanted to charge me 200bucks. I totally respect his integrity and would highly recommend.

I called to have them repair a leak in my roof. One person came out and spent 10 minutes caulking the roof and charged $150. It seemed excessive to me, so I called to complain. I spoke to the owner and he said I should have been charged $250, because that is supposed to be the minimum. Three weeks later, we had heavy rain and the roof leaked again. I called and they came out and applied more caulk. But before they came, I made sure there would be no additional charge for the second attempt to repair my roof. Now Im waiting for the next heavy rain to see if its fixed this time.

The new roof looks great !! From estimate to installation every step was taken with professionalism , these guys were great Installers very informative and in and out in one day doesnt even look like they were here except for the roof. Absolutely no debris left behind even with dogs they were friendly and knowledgeable If I ever need another roof on any house HOMETOWN ROOFING will be the only call I make. If I had more thumbs Id give them 10 thumbs up

Jack Porter did an excellent job of responding to our request for an estimate. He is a very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy professional. He even made the extra effort to oversee the project by coming to our house when the installation crew arrived and personally kept us informed of issues and progress. The installation crew was very hardworking and thorough in cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend Jack Porter and Hometown.

These guys are fantastic! This spring (2008) Omaha was hit by a number of storms. Hometown was courteous and efficient even in the midst of their busyness. Our schedule was also hectic in all of this and they worked with us to get a roof back on our house in a timely manner. As an added bonus they even made upgrades to the ventilation system of our roof to help with the air flow in the attic. Thanks Hometown for a job well done.

I have had a wonderful time working with Hometown Roofing. They are always professional. There knowledge of roofing and the home is so expansive. The super foam i got in my adict that Andy recommended has kept the heat out of our master bedroom. And we can actually keep it cool on our second floor
