These guys do fast work, and its all face to face with the experts themselves like business was done before mega corporations took over the world. Bottom line: they get the job done. I chatted with Larry a bit and learned some of his background with computers, which I know something about. This guy has been around, knows both the breadth and depth of working on computers. Hes in an elite category of computer people who have been doing this a long time *and* deal with people face to face *and* also do the computer repair work with their own hands -- the whole ball of wax. It just doesnt get any better than that. A note for the curious types.... This is how business is done in Asia. You take your computer to an experienced person working out of a building or even a district that is full of technology-related things. You do business one on one with competent people. Not like in the U.S., where you take your computer to a mega store and deal with a salesperson who is not computer-competent and sends it off to some young person who was recently trained on basic things. What fun to do business the old fashioned way....which is going to return to the new fashion way in the U.S. when the long-term economic-financial depression picks up speed and hits crash mode again. (Oops, my review became an op ed piece.)

I have used Computer Solutions on three occassions for an old Compaq Desktop. The first time was when the hard drive crashed. I took the machine into the neighborhood computer repair shop I had always used. My external drive backup was a few months old, so when they told me my data could not be recovered, I searched the internet and found Computer Solutions. Larry was able to recover the data and replace the hard drive. The second time, after a virus attack, he worked on my machine remotely to ensure my desktop was "clean." The third time, a broken part was replaced and when I picked up the machine, I was advised of a probable future hardware failure and a professional opinion on the feasability of putting more money into future repairs. I have found Larry is always quick to respond, provides accurate cost estimates, and performs the work within a reaseonable time and at a very reasonable price. I recommend Computer Services to others every chance I get.

Unbelievable. Larry and his team walk on water. I am SUPPOSED to be a "super tech". Others bring me computers from as far away as Dallas to be fixed (price is right - free) BUT this was the FIRST time in decades I could NOT get multiple viruses of all three of my PCs. I was 100% sure they were toast and just wanted my e-mail files. His guys got the three PCs back to good as new. Ive added multiple EXTRA safeguards that I think would even keep the NSA out! Anyway, if you need computer repair - ONLY call Larry (yes, I do a LOT of repairs but only for friends). CALL LARRY! Prices are not gouging either even though he could - since at least the viruses he had NO ONE else had a clue. Thanks Larry!!!! Gary

When my computer kept shutting off when I watched video or chatted with a webcam, I thought my graphics card might be failing. Larry took the time to speak with me on the phone before even meeting me, asking directed questions to identify the problems that could be occurring. He was upfront with the price it should cost for a fix. The problem ended up being a fan that needed lubricating to prevent my graphics card from overheating. Larry charged me less than the original price and even followed up in a week to be sure the problem was not recurring. Friendly, informative, honest, and he worked with my schedule for drop-off and pick-up. I highly recommend Larry at ComputerKC for PC repair!

I first used Computer Solutions when my computer picked up some nasty virus. The guys there were extremely prompt on their turn around. The second time I used them was when I replaced my old laptop. I dropped off my two laptops, and they switched all of the data over. I had some software that I was concerned about getting switched over, but they took care of getting everything set up properly, and Ive had no trouble with the switch. They also back up everything to an external hard drive. All I can say is that these guys are the best computer people Ive ever used. The are very knowledgeable, professional, and fast which is what everyone deserves. I cant recommend them enough.

Recently my printer stopped working. I located another one, and when it arrived, I thought I had solved the problem. Wrong! I spent hours trying to connect it to my computer so it would print, but I had no luck. I then searched for help, and I found Computer Solutions. I decided to try them. I reached Larry Goodman. He was able to fix my printer over the phone in a matter of minutes. Not only that. I had some other questions regarding purchasing a new computer, and he gave me some great advice. I am so very grateful for his patience and his help. Im going to recommend Computer Solutions to all of my friends. They are the best!

After spending nearly a week on the phone with HP and Microsoft technical support and their failed efforts to solve a Microsoft Office problem, I called Larry. I told him that Microsoft technical support had spent 6 hours on the phone trying to solve my problem, so I wasnt sure what he could do to help me. Larry had my problem fixed in 10 minutes, via online access to my computer. He solved a problem in 10 minutes that was unsolvable for a week by technicians in Asia, Central America and Nova Scotia. I know where Ill seek technical support next time! Thanks, Larry!!!

Great Job. Just give him your computer and do what he says. I have been coding and building and making systems since the dual 5" floppy Zenith of 84 with Lotus 1-2-3. Larry, is fast and priced very well for the work he does. The last place I used was a genuine catastrophe. But im glad Larry is around with Computer Solutions when I need him for my things or my staff, thats all PC Im Mac. Found Computer Solutions through a friend of the firm. Had been having trouble with my desktop computer driver and computer monitor. Called Larry and described my situation. Problem was diagnosed as the video card which was replaced and the monitor was confirmed as needing replacement. Also had Windows 7 installed. Work was performed in a professional and timely manner. If you are having computer problems give Computer Solutions a try, you will not be disappointed.
