What can I say, this was the best tech. experience Ive had to date. This is also my first yelp review. My macbook computer screen was completely cracked and almost unusable. Not only was my laptop returned the day they promised...the service was also fantastic. I would recommend their services to my family and friends. Not only did they take care of my computer but Alex remembered me and our friendly conversation from when I dropped off my laptop to when I picked it up. If you are in the KC area needing computer help...please, look no further!

Ive used CSE several times over the last four years for my Apples. Ive come to trust their recommendations concerning how to get the most out of my machines without blowing our budget. They are consistently attentive to my concerns, do reliable work, and meet their deadlines. Just today Alex recognized evidence of a habit I have when using my Mac that eventually slows the machine down. He didnt scold me but he did give me a simple procedure to alleviate the effects of my preferred style. I highly recommend them.

I love coming to Computer Solutions and Exchange. The men here are always able to figure out what I have done wrong or what has happened to my computer and are able to fix my problems quickly. Most importantly they are always kind and polite and patient with me and my questions. I would heartily recommend contacting them when you need help. I might add that I purchased my computer from them years ago and it was the best purchase.

Called to find out if my laptop could be repaired. Said that I had to bring it in. I knew that it was the monitor because when I connected a separate one everything seemed to be working. When I got there CSE said that the motherboard was fried without even testing it. Either they were feeling lazy that day or just werent concerned with helping customers. Needless to say that I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone..

They are always very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I never feel intimidated or silly asking basic questions and whatever problem(s) I am experiencing, they take care of in a very timely manner. Im grateful to have such an important service so conveniently located.

I am very thankful to Computer Solutions. I bought a crappy MacBook Pro a few months ago and it has been having a lot of issues. Luckly though, Computer Solutions has been there for me. Their employees have even stayed late countless times so I could pick up my laptop after hours (I can never seem to get out of the office on time). If youre in doubt- take your computer here! Absolutely fantastic customer service. I damaged my laptop beyond repair but needed to extract my hard drive and see if it would transfer it to a new computer. CS&E was able to do the transfer the same day, there was no downtime in my work at all. I rarely leave reviews of businesses, but this is one that you must patronize. They are a gem of a small business, and I am grateful!

Cory & Alex are Rock stars! My husband found them a month ago. They took the virus off of my computer. Then I took it back this morning because I was unsure of some software I had down loaded. Alex verified it was secure and working correctly. I used to dread doing work on my computer because of all the issues it had, now I enjoy getting my work done. Thank you, guys!

I wish I could give them more than five stars. I damaged my desktop while trying to install a new video card and when I brought my system in they were reassuring and confident that they could fix the issue and even save all my data. My computer was fixed, cleaned, and ready by the next day. They are the only ones I will let touch my computers and I trust them completely.

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Computer Solutions and Exchange. My MacBook needed an updated hard drive. They finished super quickly and it solved my issues completely. Akex offered to help with any other issues and even cleaned the nasty toddler fingerprints off of the case of my laptop. I highly recommend them for any of your computer needs.

The price is right and the staff is so nice. I had an old old computer that was fried and I was looking to upgrade. Alex and the other staff explained what I needed, helped to transfer my old data, and even brought my new computer to the car for me. Ive been here so many times to get my laptop fixed. I just took it back like last Saturday and they already have my laptop ready for me to pick up. I love this place. Brought an old computer to their store on a Friday. I needed data transfer and a refurbished model. Staff was very helpful, did not try to "sell" something I didnt need. It was ready the next day (even though I wasnt in any hurry). It is working great. I chose them because of reviews, good decision!
