Best service Ive had to date. He will be my go to PC repair guy for as long as he is in business. He fixed my gaming computer in just a few hours. I had taken it to another shop and they told me the problems were fixed but they werent. When I took my PC to The Computer Guy he listened to what was wrong. Diagnosed it for me for free and then gave me a great deal on the new parts I needed. He also kept me updated with his work via text message and videos which was great. Like I said. I will never use another PC repair shop. The Computer Guy has me as a customer for life.

Im married to The Computer Guy and I can tell you that he genuinely cares about his computer customers. He almost always does something extra to his customers computers and doesnt even mention it! He often wont charge a customer a regular rate if he sees theyre struggling. He has worked on computers for free! He is a man of integrity. In a position where a repairman could make many things up and charge for them, the customer being at his mercy, Ive seen him tell the customer there was nothing wrong and could not charge them for a simple fix.

Best experience with a computer tech EVER! After the hard drive on my business laptop went out, Russ got me in immediately. My business stops when I dont have my computer.
