Beware, I advise anyone agianst doing business with FCI Solutions in Longview. It is a computer repair company and will rip you off. They have numberous complaints and I started a civil suite agianst them. They have had to reopen under different names three times here in Longview. They replaced a motherboard in my computer and it wouldnt work. I took the computer to CPU4U in Longview and they told me they put in a bad motherboard. They offer no refunds, exchanges, returns. They are just setup to steal your money. They also scratched the computer putting it together. PLEASE, DO SERVICE WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I bought a Dell Venue 7 tablet with a broken screen from FCI Solutions. Unbeknown to me there was a PIN lock from the previous owner. I talked to Jeff Lang and he solved the issue since Im the new owner. The item was being sold "As-Is" and he didnt have to help. We communicated by phone and emails. I live on the east coast and not going to travel to Texas. His technical knowhow, efforts, persistence, and patience is greatly appreciated.
